Congratulations

Hello bloggers!  I used the Decorative Squared Octagons and cut several rows into the card.  I created a frame to go around it using the Double Stitched Octagons with the Decorative Squared Octagons and added an aqua card backing to both the frame and the background.  I added the frame with mounting foam to raise it.  I cut the Dandelion Stained Glass Circle in white to use as the focal element.  On a piece of acetate, I scribbled Pearl Tints of various colours and left them to dry overnight.  I glued the Dandelion circle to it then trimmed away the excess.  I added it with mounting foam to the centre of the frame.  I cut the Congratulations which is from the There's No Place Like Home Duo set.  I cut it out of aqua card and added an offset black shadow behind it.  I glued it below the frame and added pearls to the dandelions.    The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7 1/4"  x  8 1/4"  in size.  All for now, Sue x
