Hello crafters! Its time for a cute Kitty Christmas card! I started by cutting the
Slimline Inner Scalloped Rectangle Aperture Trio along with the
Slimline Outer Scalloped Rectangle Aperture Trio. I cut them both in white and over laid them together. I added mounting foam to the back and attached an
Arctic Blue card backing piece. I left a wide margin around the die cut so I used the
Essential Frames and added a thin red frame on top. I cut all four cats in gray card and added some accents with a white gel pen. I added the cats to all three of the apertures and the walking cat was added to the bottom corner of the frame. I added some of the accessories to the cats too, the yarn ball, a scarf, the kitty bed and a little mouse. I cut the Merry Catmas out of black card and glued it to the area between the bottom two apertures. The card was completed with white and red mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 5 1/4" x 10" in size. All for now, Sue x

ReplyDeleteLol. I absolutely love this Sue. I wondered if it was financially sensible to get this at launch as I don't know so many cat lovers (I'm a doggy person as are our small family) although there is just one cat with serious attitude in our daughters little family dogs rule though. But having a closer look these like a majority of your festive releases are not just for Christmas so you have convinced me that after the festive card season silhouette cats are the way to go so I'll get it ordered. For those that are cat crazy this is definitely the card for them, we certainly need some Sue Wilson family dies though slightly smaller than your Noble dies, I know lots of companies have them out there but if you were to survey your followers I'd hope it would be a success if you designed the family and extended family dies in your beautiful fonts. I love this card sue the slim cards are my favourite ones at the moment I hope to make a card in to honour my lillle dog. Dudley 18 years old who died last Christmas we are all dog 🐶 people but my son lost his cat a few weeks ago so I will have to do a a cat one

Today's card is absolutely beautiful.
My Daughter-in-Law is a cat lover and I do have the die so perhaps I'll have a play later in the day.

A cute Christmas card for a cat lover - my granddaughter! The first thing she did after moving into her own home was to rescue a cat so this would be ideal if I only had the Dies! Thank you Sue.

Good Morning Sue. I am so sorry I couldn't post yesterday. I finally made the big 75 and yesterday was surprise and celebration day with my two wonderful sons and their familys. I just didn't have time. My BIRTHDAY is today (Sat) with even more surprises planned for me. What a weekend.
