From Me To You

Hi crafters!  I pulled out my Classic Weaving dies to start today's card.  I use red and white card cut and woven with the weaving dies to make the background.  I cut the Slimline Decorative Oval Aperture Trio in white and added it with foam over the woven background.  I cut a frame using the Slimline Decorative Holly Frames and added it over the trio aperture with mounting foam.  I cut two of the wreaths from the Festive Accessories set and added red bows that I glittered with Berry Sparkle PVA glue  to both of them.  I added the wreaths in the two outer apertures, then cut the From Me To You in black.  I glued it to the centre opening.  The card was completed with white and red mats and layers.   The finished dimensions are  4 3/4"  x  9 1/4"   in size.  All for now, Sue x

I was making a birthday card for my son in law yesterday and I really liked your fabulous die card so I tried it with the birthday from the bold happy birthday die and it worked.Take care everyone x

    Good Morning Sue. Such a lovely card. What I would call a "cutie" card. And what a surprise to see the weaving dies. I love these and I forget I have them so they often get over looked and then all of a sudden ... boom ... Here they making a great background.I will be having a go with these later just to give them an airing. Thankyou Sue.
