Hello bloggers! I started with a piece of milk coloured card and taped the
Tropical Leaves stencil to it. I used
Forest Moss and Crushed Olive Distress inks through the mask. Next I stamped the
Giraffe stamp in black and cut it out with the matching
Giraffe die. I coloured it with
Distress Markers, then added a milk card backing to it and mounted it in the centre of the stencilled background. I stamped the tag and sentiment and cut it out with the matching
Safari Tag die. I coloured it with
Distress Markers and added it to the lower corner with mounting foam. The card was completed with milk mats nad layers. The finished dimendions are 8" x 8 " in size. All for now, Sue x

That expression asks a million questions Sue, it looks like you spent all day colouring and perfecting shading but watching your numerous demonstrations back on YouTube you just get right into it and and have a masterpiece in no time. The giraffe is so graceful and their face so pretty and full of silent expression but like all the animals you've got every detail spot on. Thanks so much for your constant help and inspiration always there if we have a craft question we can't find the answer to. Stay well, safe and happy Sue and all friends that visit our special place. Apologies for my absence. Have had a massive fatigue flare up and been knocked for six and out of action. Slowly does it so that I can get myself back up and running.
The expression on your giraffes face is wonderful. It could be interpreted in so many ways. Your colouring is always so spot on as are your backgrounds. All in all - another winner. Thanks Sue x

Hi Sue, I usually think of your giraffe as female but today I am leaning towards a more masculine feel. I think it must be the background that changes the overall impression. No matter which gender it may be it is still a gorgeous card.
