Best Wishes

Hello bloggers!  I started by embossing a piece of Old Rose card with the Graduated Dots embossing folder.  Next I cut two of the Blossom Edger border out of Old Rose card and added them to strips of white card.  I glued the borders to the top and bottom of the card.  I cut a wide frame using the Double Stitched Octagons out of white card and two smaller, thinner frames.  I used the smaller frames on the sides of the larger frame to create a buckle card by weaving a thin strip of Old Rose card between them.  I cut the Wishes sentiment in Old Rose and added it to a white shadow backing, then glued it across the buckle strip.  I stamped the word Best and cut it out with the tag from the set and attached it to the top corner of the wide frame.  I added a border of Iced Snow around the  entire card.  The card was completed with white and Old Rose mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 8"  x  8"  in size.  All for now. Sue x

It’s been quite a while since you shared a buckle card but worth the wait, it’s gorgeous. It reminds me that I have that blossom edger somewhere, great to see older dies used along with newer ones
