Put Another Candle On Your Birthday Cake

Hi crafters!  Here's another quick and easy card for when you need it done quickly!  I started with the background and embossed a piece of white card with the Rose Bed embossing folder.  I cut it from corner to corner.  I added a sticky adhesive sheet to another piece of card, peeled the backing paper off and added the Rose Bed embossed piece to it, then glittered the rest of it with Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz.  For the focal element, I used some pixied card from my stash.  I selected a piece that used Sun Yellow, and Scarlet Mist Pixie Powders.  I cut the outer shadow die out of it.  Next I cut the Put Another Candle On Your Birthday Cake die out of both white and black card.  I used the black as a shadow behind the white die cut, then glued it onto the pixied backing card.  I added mounting foam to the back and attached it to the background.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 1/4"  x   7 1/2"  in size.  All for now, Sue x

  17. Hi Sue. Such a great die for a really quick card. The only thing is that even with such a big cake I don't think there is enough room on top for all the candles I would need.

Your all in one dies are perfect for those quick cards but give the most beautiful results. A little bit of Pixie Powder and a little bit of extra sparkle and voila - a work of art x

  24. Hi Sue
I love the mix of embossing folder and sparkle as a backing to your all in one Die. I treated myself to some pixie sparkles and I asked my husband not to buy flowers this weekend but instead to buy me your star and spot slimline backgrounds. They all arrived this morning so tomorrow will be full of craft fun

    Love and hugs to everyone
