Elephant

Hi bloggers!  Next up we have the Elephant as part of our safari collection.  I think this one makes a great birthday card for anyone with a love of elephants or it is even suitable even for those pesky male cards we have to make!  If you like this one and would like a chance to win it, just leave a comment on this post. If you are unsure how to do it, there are full instructions on the right hand side of my blog, they are very easy to follow.  I will be back at 3pm for the third post of the day.  All for now. Sue x

  5. Hi Sue, I think you have invested your animals with different characteristics. Your giraffe looks extremely pleased with him/herself and happy whereas this elephant looks to be quite grumpy as if someone has stolen his place at the water hole. That said I love elephants in all their moods, they are amazing and intelligent animals. Love the card and the fact that this die would indeed be suitable for those pesky males.

  6. Hi Sue
    Happy Tuesday lunchtime everyone x
These new dies are amazing Sue. Just like I have a friend who is mad about/obsessed with giraffes, I have another friend who is equally loopy about elephants. My eldest son loves elephants as well. He went to Thailand at the beginning of last year and went to an elephant sanctuary and fell in love x
So that’s 2 dies so far that will have to be added to my collection x
    See you at 3 x

  7. Hello Sue, lovely elephants, they are just so wonderful. Watched a lovely programme where they are training dogs in the UK to use to protect the elephant from poachers. Seems strange but it works Carol E xx

  8. Hi Sue and everyone ohh now this animal is my favourite. I love elephants and used to collect ornaments until I got too many haha. I would love to go and see some in the elephant sanctuary and bath them especially in Thailand so jealous of your son Princess Pixie. Gorgeous card too and love the stencil background as I said before im trying to use stencils and embossing folders more in my backgrounds this year. See you all later hugs Donna O xx

  10. Oh Sue these beautiful intelligent emotional animals always steal my heart from the baby that can't control this unruly trunk flapping around him to the old wise matriarch that moarn lost family members, they make me laugh till I cry, they make me cry till I sob and your talent has caught the expression perfectly. I think we have a theme here of which I look forward to sharing with our blog family. Nite nite Muriel. Take care stay safe xxx

  23. Some of my favourite dies and stamps are your African ones - Safari Collections I think they were called - anyway, this elephant would be a great addition to the earlier sets as a frontispiece (as, I suspect, will more of the new ones!)

  25. Hi Sue,
What's there not to love? I really miss the elephants at our Zoo, in fact I've not see the baby born during the start of Corona, I think together with the tigers they are my favourites.

  27. Good Afternoon Sue. I just knew there would be an elephant today. I love them and it breaks my heart to see what is happening to them . I just hope that all the conservationists win their fight to keep them on our planet. On a lighter note at least we know that the metal kind you have created will last forever. Beautiful sample Sue. Someone is going to be very lucky to win this set.
