Strength Circle

Hi crafters!  More pixie powder backgrounds from my craft stash of them!  I used Sun Yellow, Mango Blaze and Scarlet Mist on this one.  I used the inner die from the Millie die set to cut into the card randomly all over.  Just a little note when doing this, it is easier to use a full sheet of card so you aren't actually cutting off the edge of the card to start with.  That way, you won't lose the centres of the edge die cuts.  I added a sticky sheet of adhesive to another piece of white card, then added the decorative cut piece on top.  I used Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz to the remaining exposed adhesive.  Next I cut the background down in size to the size I wanted to use and added a thin black mat.  With a leftover piece of the background, I cut the Strength Circle.  I cut it again out of black card and used it as an oddset shadow behind it.  I added it to the white shadow background cut with the larger die in the set.  I added mounting foam and added it to the top right side of the card.  I made three flowers using the Petal Pocket Flowers and cut centres from the pixied card.  I attached the flowers in a grouping in the corner, then added accents with the Lace Edged Leaves cut in white.  The card was completed with white and black mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7"  x  8" in size.  All for now. Sue x

  16. Good Morning Sue. From a very wintery dark snow covered white all over Leeds morning. Didn't expect this today. But what a beautiful sight when I open my tablet and see the sunniest brightest beautiful card ... I love what you have done with our millie. I have millie I fell in love with her when she was launched and bought her straight away. And the circle sayings ... What can I say ... They make a card in themselves. Thank you Sue for brightening my day once again. Sending hugs and best wishes to everyone who needs them today. Kind regards Ann Toppcards Leeds.
    PLEASE STAY SAFE EVERYONE 🙏 🙏 🙏
