Just For You

Hi bloggers!  I have been having a play with some older dies lately and came up with this gem.  I started by cutting the Columba Gemini die into a piece of white card on both edges.  I backed it with vellum for a sheer look.  Next I cut the Camilla die three times out of white card.  I backed all three with Lilac card.  I added two of them horizontally in between the two decorative edges with foam.  I mounted the third one vertically in the centre on top of them.  I stamped my sentiment and then added a small frame over it using the Double Stitched Circles.  I cut three tiny flowers out of lilac card and added them to the side of the frame.  The card was completed with white and lilac mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7"  x  8 1/2" in size.  All for now. Sue x

  19. Good Morning Sue. How do you do it ... every morning ... something new ... and always something beautiful. Even using our loved and precious older dies you manage to come up with new ideas and send us all scattering to our messy craft rooms ( well mine is ) searching for that one die to recreate your makes and then put our own twist on it. Thankyou Sue. Sending hugs and best wishes to everyone who needs them this morning. Kind regards Ann Toppcards Leeds
