Merriest Christmas Wishes

Hi crafters!  It's navy blue and white for this Christmas card!  I started with a piece of white card and used the inside die from the Deco Trees Background die set to randomly cut it into the card all over the background.  Next I covered a piece of navy card with a sticky adhesive sheet.  I peeled the backing paper off and attached the die cut background to it.  I used Midnight Marine Holographic Glitter to the top of the card to fill in the exposed adhesive areas in the die cuts.  I trimmed it to size after adding the glitter.  Next I cut the Decorative Flag die in white and added it across the card with mounting foam.  I cut the Merriest Christmas Wishes in Cobalt Blue card twice, stacked them then glued it onto the flag die.  I cut the Classic Poinsettias out of a piece of white card with an adhesive sheet attached.  I glittered them with Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz, then assembled them into three flowers.  I added the flowers at the end of the decorative flag and cut Evergreen Branches to add as accents around them.  The card was completed with white and Cobalt Blue mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 1/2"  x  8 1/4" in size.  All for now. Sue x

  3. Hi Sue. Its an unusual design for a festive card but those deco trees cut into the card look so lovely and the deep luscious sparkle and the decadent frosted glitterbitz give the luxury we find in your designs, the frosted glitterbitz are really beautiful and if anyone needs that extra bling this product gives just that and lasts for absolutely ages it's my go to bling for a customer that can't have too much bling on her cards.
Hope you are both keeping safe and well as is your family. Sending much love to all that pop in today. STAY SAFE AND KEEP CARING xxx 🌻

  31. Hi Sue, I really like the design of this card and although I don't have exactly the same dies I am sure I will find something in my 'Sue's dies folders' to enable me to adapt it. Your card is lovely and I will be happy if mine turns out half as well.
