Festive Wishes

Hi crafters!   I started today's Christmas card offering by cutting the outer die from the Deco Snowflake Background die set out of  white card.  Next I cut the inner decorative die from the Deco Trees Background die set out of white card.  I backed it in white then added it to the first die cut with foam mounting tape.  I covered a piece of card with a sticky adhesive sheet, then peeled the backing off and coated it with Emerald Green Holographic Glitterbitz.   I cut the same die from the Deco Tree Background, but this time, I saved the fall away bits from it and paper pieced them into the other die cut.  (Don't worry, the rest of the die cut will show up on the blog at some later point!)  I cut the Festive Wishes sentiment out of Antique Gold card and glued it to the centre.  I cut a slightly larger piece of white card than the bottom die cut and ran double sided sticky adhesive tape around the edge.  I glittered it with Iced snow,  then added the layered die cuts in the centre with foam.  The card was completed with white and gold mats and layers.   The finished dimensions are  6"  x  7"  in size.   All for now,  Sue x

  4. Ohhhh myyyy goodness Sue this is just gorgeous. The pop of green the classic clean white and a hint of gold with the glitter peeping through it's all just stunning. I'm loving the clean cut classic and simple more and more these days unless it's for the children and I've just ordered your polar bears and penguin from the little craft shop that's just starting to 'breathe' again Corona closed her doors in March.
