New Baby

Hi bloggers!  It's time for another sweet baby card!  I love the colours on this one as they are a bit different from what I usually pick!  I started with a piece of coconut white card and taped the Blast Mask to it.  I started from the centre of the mask and sponged Shaded Lilac Distress Oxide through.  I moved to the Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide ink moving putwards and finished with the Blueprint Sketch Distress Oxide ink towards the edges of the mask.  Next I used the Double Stitched Circles to make a small frame and added it with foam to the centre of the card.  I cut the Kangaroo and baby from the Zoo Animal set in aqua card, inked the ears and noseand pouch with worn lipstick and added them to the centre of the card with two stars from the Twinkle Twinkle Cloud and Stars die set.  I cut several more of the stars in different sizes and colours (aqua, Ocean and wisteria card) and glued them around the background.  I used the New Baby sentiment from the Newborn Baby die set cut in Ocean card with and aqua card shadow.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7"  x  7" in size.  All for now, Sue x

  4. Hiya Sue and all craft buddies wherever you are hope you are all healthy or as healthy as you can be.
I love all your new addition/baby collections from the sweet cute animals to your expression dies, I have most of your animals apart from the farmyard cuties and those are on the list along with the new expression dies. It doesn't matter if you've never made a card in your life, if you have any of this collection you can't help but make a keepsake for any gender or any occasion whether it be new born, baby shower, or birthday or even Christening like I've made in the past. So cute.
STAY SAFE STAY WELL xxx 💖

    Good Morning all,.
I overslept a bit today and my Mum used to say "If you lose an hour in the morning, you spend the rest of the day looking for it."
It's a pity I don't have the dies for this card as I am going to my Great-Granddaughters Christening on the 9th and I'm still a bit lacking in inspiration.
I love what you have done with this card and wonder where YOU get your inspiration from.
Have a good day and KEEP SAFE.
