Friendship

Hi bloggers!  This is my first play with the new Opal Blaze products!  I will say that there is no way that I can capture just how beautiful these are in real life!  There are seven different colours available but I used the Teal Raspberry Opal Blaze across a piece of black card that I embossed with the Rose Bed folder.  You just need a tiny bit on your finger as a very light touch is all that is needed.  The mica in this product is the finest grade of mica available and it is ultra luminous and it flicks to several colours when you move it.  It is definitely better seen in person as my photography barely catches it at all, unfortunately.  I did mange to catch a bit of the colour change in some of the close ups for you, but trust me, it is much prettier in person!  I cut the Friendship All in One in white and added it to a black backing and glued it into the centre of the background.  I used a bit more of the Blaze and cut out just the flowers using it and added them on top of the ones in the die.  The card was completed with white, black mats and a thin mat that I used the Opal Blaze around the edge to coordinate .  The finished dimensions are 7"  x  8" in size.  All for now, Sue x

  1. WOWZER. Hi Sue all I can do is try and imagine how stunning this product is, but as CS are renowned for glitz, shine, colour change etc, I think my imagination can see how pretty it is, with your folders having so much texture it helps and the finished inspiration is just gorgeous Sue, a sample to make the day brighter now our U.K. summer has left for the time being, so remember. ....

How stunning are these new opal blaze products? Just when I’m trying to decide which of the opal polishes I am going for, you throw me a curve ball and there’s something else I need to get me hands on. Lol. Making a crafty decision is an impossible task! What’s a girl to do?!

I haven’t been making so much lately, has anyone else got this terrible isolation condition that makes you clean our all of your cupboards, drawers, wardrobes - it is quite serious lol ! I guess at least at the end of this there will be something to show for it, Need to find a cure soon, I am exhausted lol !!

    Hi Sue
Those polishes are all lovely, and they all make stunning cards. This one is no different.

Cleaning out of cupboards?? no more so than usual. But trying out new crafting techniques, some with success and others not. And Reading.

    And talking a lot...………
