Friendship

Hi there my crafty friends!  Have you seen the new Aurora Flakes yet?  They are like gilding flakes, but they have been dyed really lovely colours that you cannot get from regular gilding flakes!  Here is one of my first plays with them.  I started by covering a piece of coconut white card with a sticky adhesive sheet.  I peeled the backing sheet off and added some of the Blue Ice Aurora Flakes to it.  I used a piece of Rubit Scrubit to move the flakes around and cover the sticky sheet.  I used the outer die from the Friendship All In One to cut the backing.  Next I cut the Friendship die in white and glued it on top.  I added pearls to the flowers and then cut a larger piece of white card to adhere it to.  I cut two of the Magnolia Corners and glued them in opposite corners.  I cut the flowers out of a small piece of extra sticky sheet, then glittered them with Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz and glued them in place on top of the flowers in the corners.  I added the All In One in the centre with foam and used three pearls in the opposite corners.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finshed dimensions are 7"  x  8" in size.  All for now Sue x

  3. Hi Sue and all that enjoy your daily piece of wonderful normality and beautiful inspiration. This is such a meaningful expression as I think many new friendships have been made during the past few months, I made a few Easter cards to put through a few doors so I think it's time for another for those like myself that still have to look at the world through glass for the for see able future, so yes, our friends are so special, and we soon find how much we need them with every text that asks 'if we need anything leaving on our doorstep '
This inspiration couldn't be anymore beautiful or anymore appropriate like all your gorgeous samples.

STAY SAFE KEEP CARING KEEP CRAFTING xxx ❤
