Guess Who Thinks Your Special

Hello bloggers!  Today's card is super simple, but a very pretty one too!  I started with a piece of coconut white card and used the Sublime Swirls 3D embossing folder to add texture to the background.  Next I cut two of the Magnolia Corner out of Khaki card,  I used the extra flower die in the set and cut a bunch of them and made some dimensional flowers out of them.  I used Powder Pink card and added the flowers on top of the corner where the three flat flowers are part of the die.  I used the Guess Who Thinks You're Special die sentiment and cut it twice  out of Old Rose card and layered them.  I glued it in the centre of the card and added the two corners to the opposite sides.  The card was completed with white, powder pink and old rose card mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7 1/4"  x  9" in size.  All for now, Sue x

  6. Hi Sue. Yesterday's post made me feel like I was just one person in a family of 42 we all stood by your side as you shared a tiny bit of the private side of your life, which we know you keep close to your heart, thank you.

Today's post is another beautiful piece of simple inspiration something a new crafter would find easy to make, and just perfect for batch making, as with just a change of colour a card can look so completely different. I really love these clean looking samples. However you're spending your Monday stay happy and well xxx

Good Morning Sue and Guess Who Thinks You're Special? I think we all do.
I really love this card and it's quite a big one too. I have a Birthday coming up next Month and I may get taken out for a treat. If so it will be to the craft shop and this lovely sentiment will be added to my shopping list. The card lends itself so well to the sentiment.
    Love it.

    Morning Sue,
What a beautiful card to start the week. Whilst I managed to access your blog, for some unknown reason I couldn't comment.
Loved reading your Father's letter to you, as always. I share the same birthday with my father except he would have been 102.

    Hi Sue,
what a gorgeous card, and like Lisbeth said, the first thing I saw (apart from the magnolia corners) were your super duper flowers, I've never seen them as nice as you do them.
