Hello crafters! I thought I would share this lovely autumnal card before we get too far into winter! At least I'm not posting it in the summer! LOL I started with a piece of
caught in crystal acetate from my stash as the background. I used
Yellow, red and green crystal tints on the acetate, added some holographic glitter and then crumpled up a piece of white tissue paper over it and set it aside to dry overnight. Next I cut the
Leafy Frame die in white twice. I glued one of the over the background, then nipped the other one apart into leafy sections. I glued them around the frame offsetting them from leafs in the branch, to give it a fuller look. I used the
Double Stitched Rectangles and added a thin white frame which hid the ends of the cut leaf additions. I cut the
To A Dear Friend sentiment in both white and black. I added the black as a shadow then glued it into the centre of the frame. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6 3/4" x 8" in size. All for now, Sue x

Another week, another sumptuous gorgeous eye catching sample. This frame was one of my favourite dies of the new collection and one I oooh'd and ahhh'd at until I got asked the question " do you need my list?" I've always loved your floral and for a dies but this frame just kept out at me. I just love the background which shows the perfection of your die and design. Sending Monday hugs your way xxx

The "caught in crystal" is a great background with the crystal tints used with a scattering of holographic glitter. Colors are perfect for the fall look. I like the depth you achieved with cutting more of the leaves and applying them around and on top of the Leafy Frame.
