Hello my crafty friends! Today's offering is a super simple one but I love the results! I started with a piece of coconut white card and embossed it with the Rose bed 3D folder for texture. Next I used the Cosmos Flower Stamp set and stamped a bunch of them in different sizes and used the corresponding Cosmos Flower dies to cut them out. I used Shaded Lilac Distress Oxide ink on the tips of the flowers and worked it towards the centres, leaving it a bit stronger there. I assembled the flowers and attached them in opposite corners. I stamped the leaves from the stamp set and cut them out with the matching dies from the Cosmos Flower set. I used Forest Moss Distress Oxide ink on them and glued them around the flowers in the corners. Next I cut the Noble Happy Birthday die out of Wisteria and black card. I used Shaded Lilac Distress Oxide ink again on the top ad bottom edges of the Happy Birthday, then used the black die cut as a shadow behind the letters. I glued it in the centre of the card. The card was completed with white, wisteria and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6 1/2" x 8 1/4" in size. All for now, Sue x
