Thanks

Good Sunday morning all!  Today's card was made with some leftover pieces from another card I made.  Don't you just love a two-fer!  I started by making a piece of Glitter Kiss background by swiping some Antique Rose, Lilac and Teal Glitter Kiss across a card.  I allowed it to dry well, then used the Double Stitched Rectangles and cut a thin frame and a bold rectangle shape out of it.  (The piece in between them was used on another card).  I added mounting foam to both pieces and attached them to a piece of coconut white card.  I used the Noble Thanks cut in white and glued it in the centre of the card.  Using just the outline shapes from the Striped Nasturtiums, I created three flowers.  I added an inner section in black and seated a large pearl in the middle.  I added the flowers in opposite corners with some leaves cut in white.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 3/4" x  8 1/4" in size.  All for now, Sue x

  1. WOW!!!!!

That was my first thoughts. It's got a strong beautiful background and the frame to match but it also looks so clean, worthy of a glass box frame and wall mounted. Oh Sue I have ice cream tubs, take out and cook @home tubs you name any plastic storage and I have a fall out of some die or another lol.

Thinking of those that the country lost throughout all combat and also those brave animals they rode.

I have some Glitter Kiss in my stash, but sadly they are dried because of the high hot of this Summer. Someone know how I could fix them (if it's possible)? Perhaps with a bit of water? Thanks in advance to a kind lady who will give me an answer...
