Thinking Of You

Hello crafters!  It's back to pale blue again for today's card.  I started with a piece of Arctic Blue card with a piece of Bluebell card lined up with it and I cut the Matilda Border's middle die into the edges of it.  Next I removed the Blue bell card and re-cut the Arctic blue lining up the top die from the set over the already cut section.  I glued the two piece together, then cut the centre aperture with the Millie die.  I cut a couple of white backing pieces for the Matilda and glued them behind the two borders then added mounting foam to raise the piece.  I cut the outer decorative die from the Millie and glued it around the aperture.  Next I cut the Millie die out of Arctic Blue card using the inside cutting edge and backed it in white.  I glued it down into the aperture opening.  I cut the centre of the Millie die out of white and backed it in Bluebell and added it with foam.  I used the Thinking Of You die for the sentiment and cut it in black and added it to a white shadow.  I added pearls to the flowers in the borders and a strip of white pearls to the top and bottom edge of the card.  It was completed with white, Arctic Blue and Bluebell mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7 1/2" x  8 3/4" in size.  All for now.
