Erin

Hi bloggers!  Next up from the Celtic Collection is the Erin die set.  This one is a bit larger so more of a focal element, but can easily be used for pattern building.  As you can see in this sample, the Erin die also makes a great background die.  You can cut it in half and use around the edges, or cut it in quarters for lovely corners too.  The Erin die is equally comfortable used in a number of ways.  While you can dress up the Celtic collection with floral accents, they make a great masculine card as well, so loads of versatility.  I think you are going to want to put your name into this drawing for certain!  I will be back for the third post of the day at 3pm, continuing on with a few more from this collection.  All for now Sue x

  7. Yes I see this versatile die being as useful and part of our go to's like the Noble square, rectangle, ovals and circle dies, it could be a plain and simple or behind something more delicate and ornate, such a lovely easy uncomplicated die to keep near at hand. Will catch up with the 3pm post when we get back from a very excited 3yr olds party 😊 xxx

  88. Hello Sue and all
Erin is an absolute necessity - like Jean and Agnes my granddaughter’s name is Erin and she spends hours in the craft room with me when she visits, just loves making cards with Grandma- she will be so excited to see a die set with her name on it. The Celtic dies are just beautiful., back in the days that I used to quilt I always loved the Celtic style but never actually made one in that style so now I can make up for it - and not take months to achieve it either !!!! Man card problems solved as well as our female friends and rellies that aren’t really in to pretty - though with a bit of bling in the background ..........
    Hugs
