Fire and Ice Bauble Card
Hi bloggers! Doesn't the fire and ice technique look fab with the Mosaic Bauble die set? It just had to be done I think! LOL
The finished dimensions are 7 1/4" x 8 1/4" in size. all for now, Sue x
Hello Sue and all Love this card, the fire and ice suits the border perfectly, it is a really nice set. Can’t wait to try this. Thank you for the video too Sue, step by step and so easy to follow, Hugs Muriel x
Morrrning. If this was on show at AP with all the lights I presume they have on in the exhibition hall I can imagine it was totally stunning, going back to the statement I made last week regarding photos not doing a project justice then this stunning sample would highlight exactly that, the fire and ice technique once the light hits it can only be amazing. I can't wait to sit and watch the tutorial again as it pinged an alert to my YouTube but who gets fed up of watching your videos - not me ☺ Hope your day is as beautiful as today's inspiration xxx
GM SUE, I love your fire and ice technique and the border is perfect for it. Might not be able to comment for the next few days as we leave for S.A. today but will catch up asap. Hugs xx Pauline
WOW! What a fantastic card today. The "Fire and Ice" technique gives you such stunning results with very little effort. The Mosaic Bauble Background shows it off perfectly. Thanks for sharing the video.

Hi Sue, a beautiful Christmas card. A lovely fire and ice mosaic background to your Christmas baubles. Thanks for your video I will catch up with next week.
Good Morning Sue. What a lovely card today Sue . I love the fire and ice and glad you have done a video showing how. Unfortunately I can't watch yet as the internet signal is a little weak today. But you can bet your bottom dollar as soon as I can I will watch. Thankyou Sue. Sending best wishes to everyone. Kind regards Ann Toppcards Leeds.
Hi Sue, a gorgeous card and yes, I can do this! I have already made a couple of cards in silver using this die and gilding flakes but now I will try it with gold and silver. The card I made with you in Aberdeen using the fire and ice technique hangs on the wall behind me in the craft room and I look at it every day for inspiration. Thanks for the video.
Hi Sue What an absolutely stunning card! Fire and ice is my favourite technique of your many you've shown us. As usual I enjoyed the video thanks for sharing! Hugs x Heather T
Seems a shame to RubbyScrubby all those glorious big bits of gilding flake into teeny bits. At our most recent convention, someone was selling double sided tape on rolls about 3 inches wide. That turned out to be much more economical, especially on wide frames. My friend asked why we needed double sticky sheets at all. I was stumped, but now I can say “Fire and Ice!”
What a beautiful card. I have never done "fire & ice" so may need to work on that. I have been trying to catch up on the Hochanda weekend shows before they go away. I was out of town during the weekend with family and a new Russell puppy of my sister's plus my old dog who was not a fan of the new little guy so no time to watch anything but that busy pup. Glad Sue mentioned our boring A2 cards in America. I totally agree and she is so right about the insignificance of a little extra postage when we put so much into making a card (and the fortune we have in dies and paper). Go figure. Have a wonderful day to all, Stephanie K SC/USA
It is difficult to go wrong with the fire and ice technique. This is a lovely card. The video will have to wait until tomorrow when the windows get repaired and I have hide myself away from the noise!
A really fabulous looking card. Yes the fire and ice is a splendid background for the baubles. Thank you for all your great inspriations. I really want to get cracking with my family's Christmas cards. We just moved so alas, my room is still a bit topsy turvy!!
