Daisy Stained Glass

Hi there my crafty friends!   I had a piece of Pixie Powdered background that I used to start this card.  It used Midnight Blue and Purple Violet Pixie powders.  Next I cut the Daisy Stained Glass out of black card, then sprayed it with glue and coated it with Black Glitterbitz.  I attached it to the pixie powder background, then added dries clear glue to the two daisy centres.  I filled them in with medium micro beads and allowed them to dry.  I matted it on to a white piece cut with the Double Stitched Rectangles, then a slightly larger mat cut out of black.  I cut two of the Ava die in white and glued them to a larger piece of coconut white card in opposite corners.  I completed the card with white on white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7"  x  8 1/4" in size.

I have a Mini Festive release to share with you starting here tomorrow at 6am for the next four days.  There are only 11 die designs in this release, but I think they are really different and fun!   They haven't been premiered on a pre-order release so it may be the first time you are seeing them.   Have an open mind!   I hope to see you back then! All for now, Sue

  9. Oh Sue what do I say - absolutely gorgeous, wow, that background is stunning and I do love your stained glass collection, how can you love and want something so desperately and still not have it, if only money was no object instead of counting every penny but that's life - right ?
At last no sneaky peaks how special is that, no pre-launch emails spoiling our excitement and I can't wait ☺ knowing how you've thrown so many different style dies into the mix over the past few launches, there is no way we can even pre-empt what's on the way, may be I should get a euro millions ticket this week lol.
Thanks for a really beautiful sample, and I'll be one of hundreds waiting in anticipation for tomorrow's big surprise. Enjoy your day xxx

  11. Another whole day before we can see the first one!

You've struck upon a magical combination with the midnight blue and purple Pixie Powders, but this card seems so dark. I wonder if silver might have worked in this card to brighten it up. But I like the idea of glitterbitz where the stained glass leading would be.

    Suddenly feeling sleepy!

    Best of Wednesday's to you!
