Hi bloggers! Two of my favourite things together in one card; a buckle card and a white on white colour combo (well actually it's all done in milk card). I started with the background and embossed a piece of milk card with the
Lavish Diamonds embossing folder. I used some
Antique Linen ink around the edge to shade it a bit, then added a
strip of cream pearls to the top and bottom edges. Next I cut the
Ivy Garden Background circle three times in milk card. I cut an strip of milk card the length of the card and added fork ends to it, then threaded it across the card, weaving it in and out of the circles. I added cream pearls to either side of the strip. I cut the centre lattice piece and backed it with a solid milk circle then added it with foam. I cut the
Thank You Mini Expression die in milk and black and shadowed it, then glued it in the centre. I was feeling frilly so I made a cream
satin double bow and added a satin flower centre to it, then glued it to the centre of the bottom edge of the card. Milk mats and layers were added to complete the card. The finished dimensions are 6 1/4" x 9 1/2" in size. All for now, Sue x

What an adorable elegant delicate beauty. I just love the actual shade of the milk cardstock it's not the kind of cream we see everywhere else it has that beautiful best quality ice cream smoothness to it, add the most delicate Ivy Garden die to wow us and you leave us with sheer beauty and perfection. I shall be doing more catch up today from your weekend shows and I'm really looking forward to seeing more cute and beautiful festive demonstrations. As per, at the time of launch I can't see myself owning many new festive dies, but when I've been looking at all the samples you flick through I feel gutted and realise how much I need more than the little snowman and those lovely robins and the fireplace frames !!! Oh well I need a financial miracle to make that happen lol.

Just lovely. Love the embossing in white anytime. A white on white card with white pearls and satin flowers is always a winner for me.
I wasn't sure if a Buckle card is my style, but seeing this one and checking your old buckle cards that you've created over the years now I love buckle cards. On the plus side is that many of your die sets can be used to create a buckle card. Thank you for creating so versatile dies.
