  7. Hi Sue
    Elegant and fabulous x
What a wonderful idea to 'shake' things up on a Wedding card. I would never think to make a shaker card for a Wedding but it is so effective x
Those frames are so good. They make life incredibly easy when a quick card is needed but the result is stunning. Got to admit they are going to become my new go to. This honour has been bestowed upon the Shadow Box dies for such a long time. They have been my saviour on many an occasion when a quickie was needed! These frames are going to muscle in on that job I'm sure of it x
I am 'lunching' with a friend today then reverting back to my recovery mode this evening after my wild weekend away x
Lots of love to all specially missing friends x

  13. Hi Sue. After yesterday's support I hope you're no longer feeling uneasy about the decision you came to about the Wednesday giveaway, see, all's fine ☺
So onto today's beautiful sample/keepsake. I'm having to be really careful which dies to list as gifts or treats to myself. Those I now choose are those that will help sell cards at market so this collection along with the nursery frame, rattle etc are just what I need so I'm really excited and looking forward to watch how you put this gorgeous sample together without the help of treat cups as I need a lot more tuition on how to make a 'tidy' shaker card ! Thank you for this beautiful sample that would be so amazingly different to give the happy couple on their wedding day. Have a happy day xxx

  15. Good morning Sue,
I love the idea of a shaker style wedding card and this one is a beauty. The shaker element reflects the confetti that, due to venue restrictions, can often be missed from a ceremony these days. Thank you for the tutorial.x

  43. Another fun video with some surprises, like who knew that glitter would stick to spray glue, and how remarkable to think of fussy-cutting from the inside! But the result is beautiful and almost a party in itself.

When I read references to confetti, I thought you might have saved the fallout pieces from your new squared squares. What could be better, they're all the same size, with nothing else mixed in. Well, a dazzling flake would be better, and you probably made this video before you even had any squared square prototypes from the manufacturer.

I had to laugh at Izzi's comment about a shaker card giving the bride and groom something to do on their wedding night. Great one.

Wedded Bliss appealed to me for the Always and Forever words, as well as for the doves and other elements that could be clipped into a shadow box.

    And now a shaker card.

    Thank you so much!

    Best,
    Donita in R.I.
