A Little Birdie Told Me


                 
 Hi Bloggers!  Next up we are showcasing the die set called A Little Birdie Told Me!  This set is the perfect compliment to the Home Tweet Home die set shown yesterday.  In fact this sample uses both sets so you can see how nicely they work together to give you everything you need to create fabulous birdhouse cards!  Throw in some crackled wood planks and you get a shabby chic gem of a card! LOL  Don't forget to pop a comment on to this post!  I will be back at noon for some more fun die sets!  All for now, Sue x

    Great card to start a new day. With the crackled background, this could be anyone's backyard fence with a birdhouse attached. And what little birdies would love these colorful birdhouses. A really fun card that anyone would love to receive.

    Well color me embarrassed. I thought that was a pretty weak tree when I saw the package for pre-ordering. Now I see it's just a branch, and it does look strong enough to support a birdhouse.

    I really like how you included three little eggs to put in the nest. Don't you just bet they'll be done in robin's egg blue at least half the time!

    I also like how you're repeated Home Tweet Home in a smaller size for this one. If someone got this set and didn't get the set with the birdhouses, just the nest in a branch would still be Home Tweet Home to a bird.

    This is a perfect card for using crackle!

    Although this die set would compliment Home Tweet Home, it stands alone beautifully as well. There are a lot of sentiments that would work on almost any card, and lovely spring shapes.

    Love this card against the crackle background (something I have never been brave enough to try). This set of dies, whilst making an excellent accessory to the birdhouses, is going to be another must have, as the greetings are a little different to the norm and the birds and tree are things that will always be useful too.
