Julia


Hi crafters!  We are showcasing the new Julia die set this post.  This die set is very detailed with a pretty decorative circular shape,  It was designed to sort of look like a large sunflower as I thought it would work especially well with the floral die this release (to be shown on the last day of the launch).  The die has a decorative lattice centre that can be cut into the centre of the die or on it;s own.  I have also given you two centre cutting circles so you can give your sentiments a nice framed look too.  Do you think this one will work well in your crafty arsenal?  I think it will be a real go to for your cards and projects!  I have two more posts to share with you today, but the next one will be at 3pm today.  All for now, Sue x

    Absolutely beautiful. The colours are fabulous. The other dies which are sneak peaks are amazing. And Julia is magnificent x
    Once again I find myself apologising for my lack of comments. I have had a wonderful weekend with family and loads of lovely friends (52 of them on Saturday evening)!
    Couple of friends stayed Saturday night and spent the day with me and the boys all day Sunday. They had to totally fend for themselves as I was fit for nothing!
    Despite feeling done in it has been totally worth it. I have checked in on each post - honest. You now have my undivided attention for the foreseeable as my social calendar has been completely cleared to aid recovery!!
    This launch is spectacular Sue - you are going above and beyond with every launch that you do - thank you x
    Off to rest now after using up so much energy commenting!! Lol x

    Your frames and tags collectionis such a massive success no matter what delights you produce, Julia is perfectly formed and a valuable addition to your die family. Love the background on your card sample, very seasonal colour palette, lovely and rich tones.
    What a bonus to have an extra post today, i’ll Leave a more detailed response later on when things have settled down, been chasing my tail all morning due to an early appointment with the practise nurse for my bloods....my Mum got her flu jab, I don’t bother anymore because they always make me feel awful afterwards and because i’ve Only had REAL flu once in my life, the chances of me getting it again is slim at best.

    Hi Sue, This is the most beautiful 'doily' style die set I have ever seen, it is so pretty.
    I was in a quandary this morning when I was thinking of my favourites of this collection, and my first favourites that came to mind were ALL the Industrial Chic, as I'm a steampunk obsessive, but at the back of my mind I knew there was another set that had set my 'pulses racing', so after I commented, I scrolled back through your daily Blog posts and there it was ... the Typewriter Grid, which to me was a Wow Wow Wow, so I have got JOINT FIRST favourites hahaha.

    Hi Sue, I love this card and I love Julia too, she has such a pretty lacy edge and I think the lattice centre will match perfectly with the Lattice Ribbon. Love the colours of the background and it is good to see frames that don't frame the whole card but just the focal point.

    This is a must have die. I love sunflowers and that is the first thought seeing it. Could put lots in the center. Julia...named after the weaving queen and I am sure she is tickled with this one.

    Hi Sue. Ooooh I love this card !!! I love all your frames and tags collection dies and your latest one "Julia" is really beautiful Sue !!! I really love it's Lacey, delicate look and also the fact that it is a round shape. I know you made it to look similar to your new flowers but it is such a super "stand alone" die set. Perfect for putting something lovely in the centre of it. I could imagine it looking fantastic when used as an all over background too, creating a beautiful all over Lacey look.
