ReplyDeleteHi Sue, an unusual card for you but it certainly shows off the Cascading Leaves to their best advantage. I spotted individual leaves in the garden section which I think could be these (beautiful anyway) but I think there was also a sneak peek at something that is still to come :-) No way can I choose an overall favourite at the moment because there are several vying for that position.

ReplyDeleteGood evening lovely Sue and her crafty crew!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely CAS card where the star of the show is most definitely the cascading leaves....who’d have believed that this die was behind that awesome background earlier this morning, its so gorgeous and extremely versatile. As always your background on this card sample is fantastic and really shows the die off to perfection. Looking forward to tomorrow’s treats:-)
Elaine, i am in mourning, Aston leaving has totally ruined my Strictly experience, cant believe i wont see his jive or Charleston....keep hoping that i’ll Have a Bobby Ewing moment and wake up to find it has just been a bad dream.....
Rosemary, i watch It Takes Two as well and was very tearful last night during Astons interview, maybe he’ll come back one year for the Christmas special because if they can bring back Jeremy Vine anyone stands a chance!:-) Life goes on i suppose and on the bright side i have had Sue’s blog launch to offer a pleasant distraction:-)
Pam, hope you’re feeling better today and your operation is on the horizon, thinking of youxxx
Saba, i’ve Had a long hard think about your suitability for the role of chief shoe wearer and have decided that despite your slanderous comments about Darcey you have all the credentials for the job so congratulations and take your pick....apart from my favourite LK Bennett silver glittered heels, they hold a special place in my heart:-) Don’t tell Maureen though, i had to reject her application based on the fact that I couldn’t be held responsible for any accidents occurring due to her proven clumsiness, we don’t need another fractured hip because she’s tried to run in my 4 inch heels!
Wishing everyone a lovely evening and sending warm hugs to my blog besties and anyone in need of a cuddlexxx

Hi Sue,
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous card to end the day. Love the clean and simple look, but also, I love the colors used for these beautiful leaves. I am sure this die set will get a lot of use by the person lucky enough to win it. I have the Cascading Butterflies so the Cascading Leaves die set will be a nice addition to my collection.
Have a great week everyone,

ReplyDeleteLynne L Haverfordwest
great border. lovely patterns. so useful, hugs xx
ReplyDeleteLovely cascading leaves, so rich of details inside! Gorgeous card!
ReplyDeleteHello again Sue,
ReplyDeleteThis is such a pretty die and so very useful too. It makes a statement all on its own but will equally compliment other dies in your new collection.
Maureen Killen, I'll have you know my legs are like ballerinas, long, slim and very bendy and I'll be wrapping them around your neck next time we meet just to prove it!
Lorraine, yipeee, I'm honoured, now, I don't wear high heels, can't cope with pointy toes but like a bit of bling so what can you suggest I borrow. I bought a delicious pair of blue satin Peter Kaiser recently, high heels, pointy toes and the biggest bit of sparkly bling imaginable on the front, I won't be wearing them, just fell in love, I'm sure you'll understand. You are right not to lend any to Maureen, she's got bunions!
Donita, if you get into trouble for being late just tell them you've been working late on a very important launch, they'll think you have been working.
Love and hugs for all
Saba
