Hi crafters! Another window box card for you and I do believe this is the last one that I have to share with you too! I started by embossing a piece of milk card with the
Crackle Embossing Folder (one of the first embossing folders by Creative Expressions) for texture. I used some
Frayed Burlap distress ink over the top to highlight the lines of the emboss, then added a wide strip of
kraft card to the bottom of the card. I cut the window frame and shutters out of kraft card. I added a wisteria valance to the inside of the window, then backed it with milk card that I inked with
Mustard Seed to give the appearance of a glowing light in the room. I cut the
3D Window Box die out of kraft card and inked through t he die with
Frayed Burlap, then assembled. I added the flowers cut out of green (for the stems) then cut the flowers again in an assortment of colours and cut just the flower off the top and added them to the stems. I finished it with an assortment of green coloured vinery form the same set. I stamped my sentiment and cut it out with the
Jessica die and added it with foam to the bottom of the card. Milk and kraft mats were added to complete the card. The finished dimensions are 6 1/2" x 7" in size. All for now, Sue x
