Shadowed Background Panel Card

Hi bloggers!  Today's video uses another favourite technique of shadowing with die cuts and shows you how to use your striplets as focal elements too.

We still have quite a few of the die winners that have not been in contact to claim them.  Scroll down to the post below this one to check the list and see if your name is on there.  You have to email me to claim them!

The finished dimensions are 6 1/4" x  8 3/4" in size.  All for now, Sue x

June hope all goes well this week and you are signed off from hospital.
Laine, missing you, your pal Yvonbe is overdoing it and not resting, she. Needs your firm, hand.
Hugs to all, especially our missing friends. NannaTina thinking of you.

Morning Sue.
I look forward to watching how this sample came together when I'm here without any distractions as it really is a beauty.
So now I have the difficult choice of which new die collection I would like as a Valentine gift from my lovely man, he keeps pointing to the date and nagging me for my list of 'market seller' favourites so now I can sit and have the pleasure of searching through all the gorgeous launch samples again ☺ many congratulations to the lovely fb ladies that got their wish I can't tell you just how thrilled I am for you.
I will end as usual with a big hug and a thank you for your constant generous big heart. Have a lovely day xxx

Lovely card. I think this background die along with the Canadian background has to be a favourite so, needless to say, must be purchased! I am also warming to the nasturtium die set as well, so this is getting added to the list of those I want rather than those I need? Which will dominate? I suspect want will win.

Hello my friends.
What a beautiful card Sue, very ornate and detailed. I see you have had another successful die launch, I must have a look back at them. Congratulations to all the winners.
I have been away, spent a few days in Blackpool where we met my eldest son's girlfriend. She is just a very down to earth person and we got on well. We then spent four nights in York together. Had a lovely if tiring time. We hired a wheelchair for some of it which was a great help. Then after visiting Whitby we took them home and spent the night at the Imperial hotel, Blackpool. That was a nightmare, we arrived tired expecting something special. Didn't get any help with our bags, our room was so tired too. So disappointing, especially as our son had paid for it as our Christmas present. Then the guests in the room above us were so noisy, I actually phoned reception to complain . It didn't help though, they disturbed us all night and were even worse in the morning.
Ah well just won't ever go there again.
Looking forward to catching up with everyone's news.
Sending love n hugs to you all xxx

I am willing to sacrifice space in my die collection for any of the unclaimed Sneak Peek dies in the name of love! I wouldn't want them to feel sad or rejected because they aren't claimed! I don't understand why people enter to win something if they can't be bothered to claim it if they win!
Thank you Sue for all you do for us! You ROCK!

So beautiful. I will watch the video in the hope you will make this card seem much easier than it looks, LOL! You always do explain things so clearly. I find your videos an inspiration. Thank you. This fledgling crafter really appreciates them. And the cards you show every day.

Hi Sue,

Very ornate card but in its own is beautiful. Must check out the video.

I would make this card for a special occasion. Once I check out the video, it may help me to make more of the same.

All your videos seems so easy

Love Dorothy
