Hello all! I am especially giddy about this set as I just love using flag dies for my sentiments. This set has a stitched edging and the dies come in a variety of sizes that work together for matting and layering too. I have used the dies in the sample shown merely for an background accent so don't just think sentiments as they are so much more. The stitching detail gives them an extra special touch without being too much. I think you will see these over and over again on cards on my blog (just warning you!) Leave a comment here if you like them. I would just love hearing your thoughts on them. Also, don't forget that I have added that "pin it" button to the bottom of the blog posts, don't be shy, add the cards and dies to your boards. ReplyDeleteYour new dies have taken us to some exotic and tropical places. The new Indian Ocean Collection is magical and I love the new Baby dies, now the new Configurations and Expressions dies to complete the look.
Your dies just keep getting better and better. I must get them all but I’m spoilt for choice so they are all going to the top of my MOST WANTED list, although I think the Background dies and the Butterflies are my favourites.
Enjoyed all the cards you have made from the new collection so far and can’t wait to see more.....

Have to say I REALLY love the sneak peak of the flowers used as a wreath though. Again I gave the previous one similar to this, but these look even more lovely.

As you have shown they aren't just for sentiments either, they work equally well as a background feature....loving the colour palette on this card by the way. I'm very excited to see all of your other samples using this die.

Morning Sue. I LOVE LOVE LOVE This card its very dramatic with its colouring. You have to have these flags dies to go with your first flag dies as it would be rude not to lol. ReplyDeleteWell i love the delicateness of this card Sue, the black done finely like this looks beautiful for me instead of the big dark clumps of black. Now that you have made a double ended flag tail it could be scored i hope in from the edges to make it sit like a banner and putting a sentiment tag on top, that would be my use of these dies as both ends would be matching instead of just off. Thank you Sue for a beautiful card but also those pretty crescent shapes of flowers making up a ring, they are so pretty, they are going to be my must.
