Suisse Collection


Hello again!  Last but not least for today!  We have the Geneva and the Bern die sets on offer for this post.  Shown here, the Bern die has not only pretty detail, but a lovely soft shape as well.  It has the same inside shape as the Zurich and the Geneva dies, but they are all in graduated sizes, so while they are very useful on their own, the entire collection will give you extra versatility in your crafting projects.  The Geneva outer shape is oval and it aligns perfectly with the Double Pierced Ovals dies too.  The Geneva has an outer die that has random piercing as it's feature and it looks stunning when cut!  If you like the look of these, just leave a comment on this post to be entered into this drawing.  We will start bright and early at 6am in the morning for day two of the die launch!  All for now, Sue x

    Hi Sue, love this card and hope you showcase it on the blog soon. Both of these dies are delightful and the way you have made them all mix and match is brilliant, only a true crafter would think of these things.

    Another beautiful card Sue, I love Geneva, I always seem to be attracted to the oval dies more than any other. But I have to say Bern is a stunner. I love the shapes and patterns within, it really is a lovely piece of design. My list seems to grow longer and longer, my collection just doesn't seem to be able to keep up as fast. You really have an eye for designing superior dies.

    Hi again lovely Sue and her crafty crew!

    I have enjoyed our first instalment today immensely and you have chosen to profile my own personal favourite in the collection, the Geneva die....the Bern die is stunning also though, my purse strings will be stretched to accommodate both of them:-) just as soon as I find myself a Sugar Daddy or dodgy sideline:-)
    You have worked tirelessly this past week purely for our benefit, I only hope that when you tired feet are aching and your fingers inked and glued together that you find some comfort in the knowledge that you have spread your own unique brand of magic and inspired us lesser mortals to greater heights unattainable without your input. Thankyou Sue for being simply fabulous!
    Having an early night tonight everyone so I will wish you all well, hospital tomorrow so I need to be bright eyed and busy tailed.....though not if Darcey has anything to do with it:-)

    Wow wow wow wow wow. Well the first day of the launch has been absolutely wonderful. With that and spending so much time in bed with you I am an extremely happy and satisfied bunny!!
    My bed has not seen so much excitement for a very long time x
    I am so in love with the dies you have shown us today. What you can do with a die is just beyond scintillating.
    You were more than brilliant in the shows and I have to say that one of my favourite cards was the one you did with the mini rose background - it blew me away. My brain cell has gone into overdrive as I have the Italian background and I am wondering if I could do a variation on a theme - hmm - leave it with me x
    You must be absolutely exhausted what with your shows less than 2 weeks ago then Ally Pally and now more shows and a launch. Does this woman ever sleep I wonder? I hope you are going to be able to get some well earned down time - you deserve it x
    I will be turning in very shortly but will be going to bed alone this evening. I will be dreaming about the time we spent together today and looking forward to the joys you have in store for us tomorrow.
    I am sure you don't need reminding that I am your favourite Wilsonette and although you can't admit this in public we both know don't we x

    Hi Sue & lovely Wilsonettes* Wow! Wow! Wow! I know I’ve said this before about other masterpieces you have created Sue, but this stunning sensation has blown me away yet again. I drew the sharpest intake of breath the moment I saw this wondrous gem on screen, (no doubt there will be several of these astounding breathtaking moments over the course of your launch).

    To describe today’s exquisite beauty one must dig deep down to find words that will do supreme justice, this is so strikingly eye-catching, so outstandingly spectacular, a triumphant & glorious success. The Bern die has become my favourite along with the Belgian background, what a combination those would make, mmmm can you guess I have visions so it’s off to bed later with paper pad & pencil just in case I wake up with a another crafty vision to draw. I can also visualise the fun to be had cutting out all the dies & rearranging them with each other to create a semi magnum opus of my own (I hope* Lol; but whatever I create Sue it will never shine in the glorious light of your creations).

    I’m guessing the card is vintage silver & milk; I could be wrong but whatever colour they are a treasure together, the EF is also beautiful & although it is in the back of my mind that I have seen it somewhere a hint would be fabulous.

    Hopefully my Bern die will arrive tomorrow or the day after, I ordered it as soon as I saw it. But as you say, it pays to get their companions as well because of the much increased versatility that gives.

    I really have to admit I love when you make a complete collection as I love how like you said this afternoon that you can layer them having a matching die to be able to achieve that, but there again I like order and to be perfectly organised and that is what your dies do for me. I was bad today and not only ordered the New Zealand collection but also your pretty paper pad although it might be hard to actually use them. Have a lovely night flower and thank you so much. I am I between Harry time at the moment so his granny here is grabbing a quick bit of time for her.lol.

    What I appreciate is how you can interchange your dies with each other. Because of this, I will purchase your dies before purchasing another company where they are limited on their use. Thank you for thinking of us that don't have the funds to purchase all the dies we "want and think we need". Love being retired, the bills and health, auto, home, and life insurance, and utilities must be paid first before my hobby "wants". Can't wait to see what you have for us!
