Had a wee look back yesterday at the 90th birthday pictures, she was having such a great time and you all looked so so happy. Did she ever get to wear the jeans I wonder? Late as lost broadband this morning so will get back to video later. The day is fast disappearing!

Sending hugs to you dear friend through hyper space just to let you know you are thought about. Well folks it's a lovely day here in the Glenochil Valley and hillfoots with the sun shining, now for anyone that has forgotten what one of those is it's that big yellow thing in the sky after the moon has been. lol. It's no too cold either which makes a nice change as well. Barbara(Saba) hugs coming your way flower as well, i hope that you are a bit brighter soon. Jim comes into my life most days where it's because i would still love to be able to strangle him at some of the things he got up to or whether it's just because i miss him and some of the things he got up to. I wonder just how much like my dad he would look like now as he was dad's spit as a baby just he had black hair instead of blonde. Anyway flower, i hope that you can have memories like i have off Val and what she did or said when the heartache simmers down. To all my Wilsonette friends that need or could just do with a hug i am sending them to you, take care everyone and have a good day Love and crafty hugs Norah (Glenochil Village)

Evening Sue Beautiful card. I love blue and white combos and with another exquisite idea on how to put your fabulous dies together in a new way it is a winner x I visited an elderly neighbour in hospital yesterday evening. Her name is Marjorie and she is 94 and she has lived in the road for over 60 years. She is a remarkable lady, always been as strong as an ox, still driving, having taken her advanced driving test when she was 82. Fabulous company with so many wonderful tales to delight her listeners. We have had the pleasure of her company for the last 4 Christmas's for dinner as she has no children and her husband passed away 13 years ago. Sadly, she had a stroke on Sunday so my neighbour and I visited her yesterday and it is heart-breaking to see how frail and sad she looked. Frail could never have been a word to describe her prior to Sunday despite her age. It is very early days and we do not know what the prognosis is but I know that this is going to be so hard for Marjorie. She is an incredibly proud lady and very independent and will not enjoy having to rely on others for anything at all. It gives one food for thought when we are reminded how fragile and uncertain life can be. We have no idea exactly what is around the corner and we really need to embrace small pleasures with fervour. I am off for an early night as I am feeling a little worn out. I have felt quite emotional over the last few days and it seems to be more tiring than having nothing to worry about - If you know what I mean?!! Sending love and hugs to everyone - extra squeezes to those who really need them x Sue - warm and healing hugs to you x 'See' you tomorrow. Crafty hugs Yvonne x
Hi Sue. I absolutely love todays card !!! Your Hannah die is really beautiful and looks fantastic layered up the way you have done it with the glitter. I have used it on various projects and I love it even more every time I use it !!! It is such a fantastic design and as soon as I very first saw it I instantly fell in love with it. I knew it was perfect for me !! It looks gorgeous done as white on white. I really like your ribbon flower to. Thankyou Sue for another gorgeous masterpiece.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful card. I love blue and white combos and with another exquisite idea on how to put your fabulous dies together in a new way it is a winner x
I visited an elderly neighbour in hospital yesterday evening.
Sending love and hugs to everyone - extra squeezes to those who really need them x Sue - warm and healing hugs to you x
'See' you tomorrow.

Hi Sue. I absolutely love todays card !!! Your Hannah die is really beautiful and looks fantastic layered up the way you have done it with the glitter. The coconut white and sky blue colour combo looks so lovely together. This is a beautiful delicate die with stunning detail Sue. One of my favourite dies at the moment is the Ornate Octagon Striplet.
