Christmas Mini Blog Launch-- Happy Christmas

Hello my crafty friends!  We are having a mini die launch of ten more Christmas dies.  We decided to break it down The Festive Collection into two Christmas launches this year, so I hope you don't mind!  As always, I will be giving away one of each of these new die releases with the winners being drawn and announced on Monday August 17th, so don't forget to leave your comment on this post to be included in the drawing! First up is the Happy Christmas die, yes Happy not Merry!  I heard you when you asked so as the saying goes "ask and you will receive!" LOL   It is a lovely die seen here glittered with Silver Chrome polished silk glitter.  I hope you like it!  The next post is scheduled for 12 noon so I hope you will be able to pop back by!  All for now, Sue x

Well what a surprise - tee hee!! Love all the newest Christmas dies and when you share your beautiful ideas with us they are brought to life and of course we need to have them all.
This card is exquisite. Cards with silver in the colour palette can often be quite harsh but not yours. This is such a soft and 'starry' work of art - love it x

Maria - my brain doesn't seem to be working too well at the moment either so overdoing it is not a possibility x

Theresa - thank you for the information yesterday regarding Lorraine and her weakness - she had failed to declare this on her application. I believe that you may be a valuable member of the BCAS committee as information like this is a vital. What do you think? x

Lorraine - if you were captured by the enemy and asked to disclose the privileged information which is only known to the committee members of the BCAS, I have concerns that if a cheesecake is placed in front of you then all our secrets may be exposed. I do think this matter needs some careful consideration. Members need to be able to cope with interrogation under pressure and it sounds to me like you have a weakness which may be a danger to our security. This is not something that can be overlooked.
You seem to mention your 'pesky basal cell carcinoma' in such a casual manner I am presuming that it is not a major concern - I do hope so hun. x

Looking forward to being back at 12 for another gem
    Crafty hugs

What a lovely surprise to have your mini launch today. I do like diecut sentiments and this one stands out. I love the card and how the sentiment 'does the talking'. Your card is beautifully balanced by the poinsettia embellishment. Congrats on the new range!

Wow, such an elegant card, love anything poinsettia and the silver and white, gorgeous. Have to love the mix of fonts, it may be a difference between Oz and UK but I think merry Christmas is the usual greeting here though Happy Christmas makes perfect sense doesn't it. I really hope it isn't an age thing lol !!!

    Morning Sue
A lovely way to start the week-end new dies from yourself!!!!!
I particularly like this one as it's the same format as your Bday die which I bought when you launched that. It is so lovely to use and can be cut so easily to fit around any format.

    Looking forward to 12.00noon.

To all in pain and suffering today I hope your day gets better. To everyone please take care and stay safe. See you all later.

My grandson is going to help me decorate some buns for Sarah's birthday tomorrow, the only way to get an 11 year old to help feed him, and wrap her presents. She had to stay in Gosh for a sleep study last night but will be home today so will hear what the surgeon had to say. Better get a move on

    Hugs and good luck everyone

  158. Good morning Sue and the Wilsonette lovelies!

I have been so excited about today, not because I didn't know the surprise because I'd seen a pre order last week, but because your examples bring the dies to life in a way that nobody else can achieve. You never disappoint with your designs or your dies, and you truly try to cater to the tastes of all of your followers. The balance between the focal die and the accompanying embellishments is perfection, one never overwhelms the other. I love the filigree poinsettia and ivy and the touch of bling on the sentiment-special mention must also go to the lovely star EF, I will definitely be purchasing this. Roll on 12pm!
Diane, congrats to Emma on her great exam results and her acceptance to Aberdeen uni-it's a lovely part of the world, my Dad used to live there, it is a very majestic city and Emma is sure to love it there. The Caledonian Cheesecake Company is located in Grangemouth, just south of Stirling so you could potentially pop in on your way past.xxx
Tres, healing hugs, hope you feel better soon dear xxx
Dearest Yvonne, Thankyou for your concern about my carcinoma-there are three types of skin cancer, melanoma being the most dangerous one, and I have been diagnosed with the other two so far. It just involves surgical procedures every few months to cut out the offending lesions, so apart from resembling a patchwork quilt I don't have to contend with any aggressive treatments like radio or chemo therapy. Hence my flippancy:-) can I also point out that whilst I may not have the military training of Debs, I was a member of the Snowdrop group in Girl Guides where I received training in the harshest of conditions camping in Ayr and surviving on burnt marshmallows and the occasional cocoa before bedtime so going without cheesecake would be a piece of cake with my experience! I can be trusted with any sensitive information and will not crack under the pressure of interrogation. I trust that these credentials will meet with your approval and we can get down to the murky business of trafficking all available SW merchandisexxx

What a beautiful card. I really like the sentiment die, as I like many, many others have the Happy Birthday one just like this. It is so useful as I'm sure this one will be too.

The colours if the card are great, and as a flower lover obviously I'm drawn to the poinsettias which are just lovely. I also love the starry embossing folder. Well as you can tell I love everything about this card.
