Hello all! We have finally come to the end of the new spring die launch. I have a single set up for grabs on this post and that is the new Cornflowers die set. These flowers give you the look of straw flowers and are a really nice addition to the flowers already in my die line! If you own any other flower sets, you will see that these look great when paired up with them! If you would like to be entered in the drawing to win this set, please leave a comment on this blog post. I will post the names of all the winners on Friday the 13th of Feb. (I hope you aren't superstitious!) so be sure to check back to see if you have been a lucky winner! I have all your other flowers so i have to have these ones as you can do so much more with them and the card is beautiful with some lovely colours. I love blue cornflowers and this super die set is a must to add to my other flower dies and i can see thrift flowers being made from the little ones making their little pom pom heads. Well, I think we can all say...THANK YOU, SUE. You have had a few hundred wilsonettes clock watch, drop their hoover and duster, or burn their meal, just so we can rush to the computer to get our fix. I for one, have enjoyed every moment, and can't wait to get some of these dies to play with.

It has been all pure joy to follow this launch here Sue, and see all your fabulous creations with these new wonderful dies here. Thanks sooo much for all the amazing inspiration and for the chance to win some of these beauties here, even the chance isn´t very big with sooo many people, who´s also wishing for the same ofcause. But hpefully they´ll be in the stores soon after, so we can find the ones we can´t live without very soon.

Wow Sue what a collection of dies, so hard to pick a favourite. Could do with a lottery win then I could afford them all. Still trying to collect some from the last launch. Hello Sue, i have to say I was curious as to what these flowers would look like?, as they look like lots of thin pieces of paper that is then quartered, I didn't stop to think they would all mingle together and make such lovely looking flowers.

Hi Sue what a fabulous way to finish, these cornflower dies make such a pretty flower. We had cornflowers in our wedding flowers many moons ago as they matched the bridesmaid dresses so hubby may have a romantic moment and buy this die for me when he sees it (or I point it out to him!). Congratulations on the launch of this release the dies are fabulous, your family and creative expressions must all be so proud of you ( as are the Wilsonettes). You have worked so hard on the designs and producing all the samples to show us so a big thank you for your hard work and sharing your collection with us. ReplyDeleteWas I the only one who wondered how these dies would look made up, like sails from a windmill. Brillant! The card is Beautiful and out of the dies you have made the prettiest little flowers.Unusual colour but so perfect for this card,love it.Well it's have been a long day and lot of different presenters so I hope you will have a nice rest until tomorrow. thanks again for a great week and I hope that the real wilsonette's are the winners even if it is Friday the 13 th :-)

ReplyDeleteOoops, nearly missed these and good thing I didn't as truthfully, when I first saw the packaging I thought "what the...?" as I really didn't understand what they were for as on their own they are an odd looking flower! Very modern and stylised as a single cut but stacked as they are meant to be and on a beautiful sample it was an "aah-ha!!!" moment, it all made sense and makes a lovely little bloom. This IMO will do the lot, cards, scrapbook layouts and home decor. I really do have to see your samples to understand what a die can do or what it's for- my mind is pretty literal I'm afraid! I can see these bloom growing on me more and more.
