ReplyDeleteMorning Sue, Pam and all Wilsonettes on this miserable Monday, however to greet us is this wonderful card from your new collection, I love the centre panel on this one, a bit different from ovals or rounds, I love the little indented edges to it, such a lovely centre element to use. I also love the larger spacing in between the background, sometimes you can have too much small filigree on dies which makes it harder to cut out (not yours I might add), I am going to enjoy using this one.

ReplyDeleteGorgeous Card! I love the torn card background , I thought it was ruffled ribbon till I took a closer look, very clever and effective, the New York Filligree back drop sets off the focal point perfectly, you really are so clever!

The background dies are normally my first purchase but because I couldn't choose which one I've gone for the edges sets. Hopefully they will be posted today.

I could have had a peek elsewhere but decided to wait, and it sure was worth waiting for, and its only the first of many I presume. Im hoping those beautiful little flowers are part of your new collection. Id like to ask for just one favour Sue - can you hold fire on the next new collection of 2015 as I still have the majority to get from those realeased this year !!! ReplyDeleteI see flakes, self adhesive sheets being used behind this background (not by me may I add) ! Lol I also see the stained glass effect, and CIC all used with this versatile die.
I have my Consultant appointment at 10.45 to check on my Crohns, so if surgery is mentioned, then the next few launches today will really help lift my spirits. Thank you Sue.
Your generosity is overwhelming when you introduce the new family to us, so thank you for giving us the chance to adopt one of your new babies : )
To those friends that have woken feeling off kilter I hope all the new wonderful samples and dies we see today help lift your spirits. So lovely to see our 6am Pam at number 1 today.

I can see so many possibilities with this gorgeous background die, i love the larger 'mosaic' effect, so many techniques come to mind, the larger holes mean we get to see slightly more detail from behind! The flowers are just so pretty!
Well Sue if the first die is setting the standard I can't wait for the rest, I promise I have been good Santa, please put this on my list!
