Not feeling too good today had to have a small lump removed from my neck yesterday and a tropical holiday is what I need. Sending a hug to Nora and Steph hope your both feeling better today.

  93. Good morning Sue and fellow Wilsonettes,
Haven't watched the video as yet but the card is beautiful, has all the colours of being on a tropical island some where in the pacific ocean, floating on the water with not a care in the world. Awh well back to reality it is still a beautiful card, Sue. The colours are so warm and inviting although with me they decide they are not to blend together but to stay in their designated parts that they have been put on. This is going to be another challenge Norah and Steph like the gilding flakes, but they will be conquered. Well done Sue on breaking the 4800 barrier i am so pleased that others are enjoying what we have known for a while...you're the best.
Still on the look out for a new body from the neck downwards, and i don't care if they are watching parts, although the legs need to match so that i don't walk funny. The legs at the moment are the main necessity as these ones are no use, they keep buckling and making me be friends with the ground up close and personal. Not you understand that i have anything against the ground, its just that bit hard on the knees, legs, arms and head when they try to make friends. My boy has me wearing my buzzer because there is no one here, although being honest i feel terrible if medical care people came and tried to get me up, woah think they would need reinforcement for their backs.
Heather flower, oh i hope that you feel better soon and that it is good news about the lump that you got removed. Sorry that you are feeling down and the storm last night wouldn't have helped, dreading the outcome when it is at peace again. I hope that you didn't get to much damage done. The folk across the road from me they lost their roof and had a fire the last storm that we had. That was October/November and it has taken the last 4 weeks to get it fixed. The people doing it has being taken the Michael and something that takes 3 days has been getting spun out for weeks.
To all the people affected by the horrible weather, i can only hope that it subsides soon for you. The environment agency commissioned a group to come up with solutions as to how to deal with the rising problems such as is being realized the now by so many people. I wonder why they didn't do any of the recommendations?
Hope you're feeling better today Steph from all your gallivanting out with your daughter earlier this week. I know it takes time for all the sore bits to stop jumping and get back to just normal throbbing. But enjoy a few quiet days before going into battle again with the shops or craft fayres.
Anyway had my wee rant about the government departments again, and i'm away to try and get some crafting done if i can uncurl the fingers, so hopefully i will see you all tomorrow.
    Love and crafty hugs
    Norah (Glenochil)

  126. Morning Sue, morning Wilsonettes. OUCH ! Looks like I have a boxing glove inserted beneath my knee and its SO painful, why now when I have our daughter due over to go source more wedding stationary items, I CANT let her down, these invites need to be started, although the menu still needs deciding, direction and places for guests to stay finalised, oh my, please Lord give me MORE enthusiasm than pain for at least a day or two ! My concentration must have taken a tropical holiday without me ! Great !!! Mothers Day/Easter cards are NO further forward and Im just not 'feeling it' For goodness sake, I need a good shake up.
Thank you for allowing me back into your room of beauty and sanity Sue, can I just rest there a while please, I need to hide amd find 'life' again.
What a beautiful gift today, the colour's are stunning and vibrant (unlike our sky today) maybe it's because its Thursday Im not as joyful as your gift should make me, think Im having a 'woe is me'.day, and I should be thankful for what I have ! I was thinking of you landing in those gales yesterday Sue, it must have been terrifying : 0
Micky French, NO touching and turning of that GC handle after your major surgery chick, the next 6 weeks are for rest and GENTLE excersise !! I have the T.shirt and believe me when I say I tried peeling pots for dinner a week after discharge, easy as I thought, WOW it knocked me for 6 so take ALL the help that is offered sweetheart xx
How on earth have you managed to rest Sue ? Home yesterday and NEC tomorrow is it ? Or is my brain cell also on a tropical beach without ME ? It feels that way I can tell ya !
Really hoping everyone is above water level today and homes intact.
Thank you for your lovely video and lovely smile today Sue, how come you dont get stuck up with tape like I do ? It always takes two tries before I manage to stop one end curling over to stick to the other ! Just one more thing to add to my frustration along with stupid uneaven numb fingers : )
Wishing love and hugs to all.

Where else would you get the love and attention we get from Sue ? NOWHERE ! Which is why we get SO angry when the numbers rise when they stand to win something then stop leaving just a simple "Thank you for your inspiration" you soon realise the LOYAL to the not so LOYAL !!! : ( have fun dear TRES.

A beautiful Sunshine card today, and I think we could all do with a bit of that, the card it's stunning. I really enjoyed the video, you make it all look so easy and very tidy. After my attempts of crafting my room looks like a bomb has exploded. I think we all need to go on a tropical holiday and try finding our own crafty Island to warm all of us up, and dry out.

Heather T. Sorry to hear about your op, hope you feel better soon.

Norah. Your boy sounds really caring,I hope you feel better soon. I agree with you about the government, they always talk about it after the problem occurs, rather than sort it before it becomes a problem too big to cope with.

Steph. Your leg sounds so painful,so I'm sending you big big Thursday hugs from me and Berkeley. 2 full nights sleep now, her medication must have kicked in.
