Very different from your usual style. Another technique to try and to play around with. In the middle of making wedding invitations at the moment so will save this until I have them done as they are all I can think of at the moment !! Hugs from Ireland. Evelyn. X
Morning Sue, Fabulous video, stunning card. I love the technique with the three layer stamping, I love the tip with the tag and sentiment, so effective, and I'm adoring the three colours you used. Stunning !!
I will be trying this technique later.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
GM Sue - great card - I must have a go at this one. You make the piercing look sooo easy! I can do a straight line OK but it's getting those corners to match perfectly that can fox me -so I always feel anxious when I do this technique for some reason. Logic says it should be easy but for some reason it isn't when I try to do it! Think I need to practice more.

Hi Sue a lovely card and in different colours. Love the design and the background , very striking Take care x
Morning Sue,
I love this card , the colours are great and the design lovely.
First saw you demo this on C and C and really liked it so made a card then and loved the result.
Due to advancing memory loss it's good to be reminded!!
What happened to my memory by the way , are there any more Wilsonettes with the same problem!!
Will watch video when I get home this afternoon,
Thanks Sue for showing us how to make lovely cards,

Hi Sue,
This card looks fab - can't wait to see how it was done. Love the colours. Have a good day.

Good morning Sue
Today's card is bright and cheerful to brighten up a dull day. It's clever how this technique tricks the eye into thinking that the lines are complete. I have tried the technique with the ink pads on the craft mat but mine turned out a complete mess, Please can somebody give me advice on how to leave a comment on Sue's video. I don't have problems when leaving comments on other sites I can click like and leave a comment but for some reason I can't on Sue's. Have to get ready they are filming Dr Who here so off to to get his autograph for my nephew hope everyone is well.
Hugs x

What a different gift today - no ribbons/bows or flowers but still a beautiful beautiful gift.
Certainly one for our family/friends who do not like ribbons and bows.
I have never tried stamping over multiple pieces of card but will certainly will be having a go. I'm not quite sure about today's colour but others will look just as good.
See you tomorrow.

Hi Sue,
What an interesting technique.

Hi sue. What a lovely spring, fresh card. I have not tried this technique before so will have to try it later. I think the black makes the green pop of the card and the foliage is quite striking. You are a very talented lady. No wonder you have so many followers. What about another dvd or your own book sue.
Best Wishes

Hi Sue
Beautiful card today. This one is different from your usual panel card. Love the mix of colours that you have used. I shall have to watch the video later. Steph and Norah hope you are both feeling better today.
Hi sue,
Beautiful card. I love the piercing as well. Where did you get your foam pad and the piercing tool? Would love to do this, it creates such a lovely effect.
Morning Sue,
I start my day with your blog and will have to end it that way too as I don't have time to watch the video right now. I am looking forward to seeing how you do the stamping as I have seen several examples of this and love the effect. Enjoy your day.x
Good morning Sue and fellow Wilsonettes,
I love how you have put the black card to mat the various layers on to. It really shows off the black parts in the design. I think you are trying to waken me up with the bright colour of the stamping, honest i am awake. It's different from what i am comfortable with but i think i might give it a try Sue as i haven't done this technique yet.
Yes, i noticed a while ago that C&C seem to have a love affair going with Mrs Weightman. They seem to have pushed all others a side and devoted themselves to selling all her ideas. Is she not receiving enough of a wage from them? I sat in one of her demo classes up at Glasgow 2 years ago and there was these to wee lasses about 10 and everytime they asked something she ignored the bairns. The adults got fauned over, but i hate to tell her, but these bairns are her buyers of the future. They are the crafters of the future. I notice that C&C has a number of Scottish customers but i see we're not good enough for them to come up to the major show that we have. Is it to far for their petty cash to run to? i wonder.
Anyway off my soapbox, congratulations to the winners of the blog candy, i hope you have fun with your prize when it arrives.
Thank you for the extra energy yesterday Cameeli, but it got used up very quickly, but i had a great day out. Got 2 of Susan Teirneys flower dies that were reduced to fit my pocket. Hope everyone as a lovely day and the weather is a wee bit better where you are,
Love and crafty hugs

Morning Sue, beautiful card, love the stamping and the colours used. Love Jean xxx
Thanks for another great video, Sue, and all the tips. Saw you do similar on C&C and was very impressed but don't think I'll have a go as no confidence. Just wonder if there's a way it would work with patterned paper? Time for a play!!
'P' in Wales
I love the brightness and freshness of this card and can't wait to give this technique a try could be a good one to use for men using male type stamps.i agree with Norah about Stephanie W. and about C&C not coming to the Glasgow Shows for the past couple of years ( I can't manage myself to the March one as I go on holiday shortly after and don't want to do two trips down, but will really miss not going ) I must admit though I do have a couple of the tattered lace dies and I love how they have a non stick coating and the pieces just fall out I do wish other dies had this coating also.
Hope you all enjoy Sue's video as much as I did it's really great! Have a good day xo
Love the card Sue .happy crafting x
Hi Sue - these colours together are very striking and it is a great technique. I am looking forward to watching the video later. Best wishes

Hi Sue lovely card - great video. Denise X
Love this, will be trying it later. Thsnks Sue.
Hi Sue,
Really fresh looking card today- very Spring like. Great for such a miserable day. Will have to watch the video later but I'm sure it will be great full of techniques etc. I do agree about C&C With Stephanie, since she came back, she does seem to have taken over & have to say, she is not my favourite presenter! Sorry if that sounded very bitchy! Love Alison xx
Hi Sue
Beautiful card love this technique thankyou for the video
Hugs Annx without an "e"
This is a lovely card and thank you for showing your piercing again as I haven't quite mastered this as my lines go a little wonky!! Helen xx
Morning Sue, a delightful card I
remember you showing us this before
but we forget till you give us a reminder
which we are all gratefull for I love the
colours you have used and this stamp
is gorgeous and the video is great.
I agree about C&C not coming to Glasgow
as this is my local show but the last
time they came it was Nancy and Leoni
but they only had the cuttlebug and
one of the big cutting machines so
I don't think
they done very well as we had them I
spent quite a bit of time talking to
them and they were great. but creative exspresions doesn't come either
so you'll have to have a word Sue as
Chloe and Barbara Grey and Steph. and
Princess Pinflair always take the time
tocome see us.
Nancyd xx
Morning Sue, lovely fresh card, saw you doing the demo on C&C, and loved it, good to have the video to fall back on. Take care everyone, very stormy here today in Central Scotland. Jess xx

Gorgeous card, love the triple stamping and the colour
Best wishes, Pat
A beautiful card, love the colours and that flower stamp.
Sue this is a lovely card ,Laura O
A fabulous fresh card to cheer up a dreary-looking day here in Suffolk. I had to watch the video as I thought there must be some incredibly complicated way to stamp each layer separately then somehow get them all to line up. Didn't even occur to me that you would do them all at once. I love this idea and will have to give it a try.
I need to practice my piercing as I always end up with a wobbly bit. This is a different style of card and it's good to see such variety of techniques. Thanks Sue.
Alison
Hi Sue, I have watched you do this before and it looks great , lovely card love Jean Z xx

Good Morning Sue,
Once again another stunning card to start our day. I think I saw you demonstrate this on TV a while back but never got around to giving it a try. Unfortunately I can't watch your video until a little later today, but I think I might just give this technique a go despite the fact that I am not a good stamper. Thank you for sharing this with us and I hope you enjoy the rest of your day.

Hi Sue, A lovely fresh Spring like card. I couldn't wait for coffee time so I could watch the video. Good techniques so I think I might try today if I get time!
With regards to C+C I think there are a few presenters who prefer the sound of their own voices and what they have and haven't done!! Rather than concentrate on the guest and their products!!! You can guess who I may be talking about....
Sheila x
Hi. Great video showing this technique and the paper piercing tips too. Love the stamping so will definitely have to try. Beautiful card - thanks for sharing xx
Love the colour and design Sue - will be watching the video later - thanks for sharing x

Hi Sue, today's video is a special gift to me - I missed you showing how to do the triple panel technique and it's a design I really like. I am a very happy bunny as I have a craft day with family on Monday and I will share your fabulous TPT ( triple panel technique) as well as your signature pierced edge!
Hugs, Belinda. X
Hi Sue, love the colours on this card. The triple panel stamping looks soooo good. Another technique to have a play with. lol from a wet Southampton lynne m x x x x x
Hi Sue must try the inky technique and thanks for reminding me I should do more stamping!
When I've done a 'layered stamping' like this I just use a marker to edge the panels...think I like yours better!! What a surprise!
No crafting today cus I'm off to play in my greenhouse- the only place outside that's dry! Vicki
Such a beautiful card. I loved the video, I'm definitely going to try that technique :) I've actually bought that ruler so that I can have a go at the piercing around the card.
Thank you for always bringing us such beautiful cards & different techniques to try :) Karen.Edwards. N.Wales

Hi Sue, love the card. I tried this technique with the sunflowers stamp. I ended up throwing it in the bin as I'd managed to stamp the very last one upside down! Congratulations to all the winners.
Hi Sue
Gorgeous card - I love the colours. I will have to practice this technique as I have never done it before.
Take care. Bye for now.

Hello Sue,
Today's card is really gorgeous, Love everything about it.I saw you demo this technique on C & C a while ago but have never tried it. Having watched you on this brilliant video it's definitely one I'm going to give a try, you make it look so easy, also with the piercing - I've had a few results where I've been just about okay with it, but when you do it you make it look so easy.
Thank you, for all your hard work, energy and enthusiasm you put into everything you do, we are the fortunate ones who in the end reap the benefits - THANK YOU.
Take care love Brenda xxx
Hi Sue and Wilsonettes. Thank you for the lovely card today and of course your very helpful and informative tutorial. I also remember watching this stamping technique a while ago. Many a time I've reached for today's stamp, but had to put it on the back burner for now. Its a beautiful way of stamping Sue, and I will try it one day soon (I hope) need to shake myself up a little and tell myself to get a grip ! I must also admit that I need more practice with my pearcing ruler ! How can something that looks so chuffin easy peasy send you 'gaga' ? I swear the pearcing naughty fairy from my left shoulder jumps down and adds a sneaky extra when Im giving my hands a shake out ! Oh well, maybe I should jot down the various techniques I want to try when I can make myself craft again, like I should make a template folder of the dies I have (such a brilliant idea)
Hope all our lovely ladies are ok today. Our blog is full of TREASURE'S that I call friends and family - with momma being Mrs. W. : )
Hugs to all.

Hi Sue,
Thank you for showing us again (the first demo was on TV for me) how to make this beautiful, lovely card. I love the colours, the design - just about everything on it. Also the way you altered the dies used in the sentiment - I have recently started playing about more with my dies and it is most rewarding, so thank you for steering me in that direction, too.
Hugs, Rose

Hi Sue
Oh this card is so fresh looking and so elegant, looks amazing, I shall watch and take close notice of the video later today.
I cannot agree more with all the comments about C & C especially what Norah, Cameeli and Sheila Lampard have to say. I stopped buying from them a long time ago as there are companies who give a much better service and much better prices too, such as IconUK and Sunrise Crafts.
Take care everyone.

Hi Sue, Enjoyed watching today's video especially the piercing technique. Like many other Wilsonettes, I also have problems when trying this out. I can manage 2 sides fine but have trouble matching up at the end. But practice makes perfect or so they say so back to the 'piercing board'. Must try using my stamps to create your 3d effect. Love it. Hugs Pauline A x
Hi Sue
Loving the card today, a definate must try.

Helloooo Sue, fellow and new, Wilsonettes! Hoping everybody is okay.....Loving the card Sue. It's a great technique. I know you have done this demonstration before. Very different technique today Sue..I do like stamping and will have to get my supplies out again.
Dont' go to craft shows any more as people there seem to have very sharp elbows and being small I get jostled about when trying to look at things.
Congratulations to the blog winners.

Just love these colours and the technique you have used. So very vibrant and thank you for sharing x
Fantastic technique, brilliantly demonstrated in your video. Loved it. The extra beauty of this technique is that it will work with any colours and any silhouette stamp. Now that's what I call versatile!

Hi Sue. Not done this with stamping but have used printed image and cut with circle dies into three. Then laid the bottom one flat, raised the second on foam pads and then the centre on double pads. came out quite good. The recipient was pleased with it anyway.

Hi Sue, watched the video yesterday but was so taken by this idea that I started to do it and totally forgot to post my comment! It looks so good every time - it's such a neat trick but very effective. Thank you once again for your clever ideas.

Lovely card with bright spring colours. Super technique. One for me to try at the weekend.
Hi Sue
A nice fresh and bright card today reminds me of summer. Loving the stamping technique it looks so dimensional/3D. The butterfly is a nice finishing touch too.

Hi Sue, Sorry I haven't commented recently. Been too busy coping with all the floods in Wraysbury. Our church has been a Respite Centre and Community Hub. Love this card - it's so clean and fresh looking. Needless to say, I haven't made a card in weeks!! Best wishes, Carolyn
