Congratulations/ Sneak Peek

 Hi bloggers!  This is one of my favourites of the cards for Sunday's show. I stamped the Lace Oval Frame by JustRite three times on to coconut white card and white heat embossed them.  I have used the Grand Ovals to cut three frames, one slightly larger.  While still in the dies, I used Eggplant Adirondack ink to colour them, leaving the white embossing and the die covered areas as a resist.  I cut a strip of white card and used some matching eggplant (or aubergine as it is better known in the UK) card to mat it and wove it through my oval frames.  I stamped the sentiment in eggplant ink and cut it out with the Vintage Labels Four die and seated it upon the fancier stamped frame from the Justrite Large Elegant Sentiment set which I embossed in white and inked with eggplant as well.  I cut three flowers from our new vintage coloured felt using the Spiral Flower Four die and added some leaves from the Bitty Blossoms set.  I glued flatback pearls in the centres and glued the flowers to the side of my card.  I stamped the coordinating corner from the Lace Vintage Labels Three set by Justrite in all four corners of a piece of coconut white card and heat embossed them with white embossing powder.  I inked the entire edge of the background piece which helped the corners pop out more.  I finished the card with a double white mat and added some white flatback pearls to the corners as embellishments.  Finished dimensions are 7" x 9 1/2" in size.  All for now, Sue x
