Happy Spring

Hello bloggers!  I covered a piece of white card with a sticky adhesive sheet, then glittered it with Diamond White glitter to use as the background.  Next I cut the Chunky Blossoms die so that I was able to make five different floral pots for the bottom row and five for the top row of the card.  I selected a variety of soft pastel colours to use, mixing them up as I went. For the centre of the card, I cut the Happy Spring sentiment out of gloss white card.  I added mounting foam to the backs of each letter, then added them to the backing piece which I had embossed by using a piece of white card under the gloss white card used to cut the letters.  This makes lining the letters up a breeze.  I added the sentiment to the middle of the card with mounting foam.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 1/2"  x  7"  in size.  All for now, Sue x
