From Me To You

Hello crafters!  I selected a piece of arctic blue card to use as the background for today's card. I used the outer die from the Jayne die and cut an aperture in the top of the card.  I filled it in with a white die cut, then proceeded to cut the inner parts of the die in arctic blue. I backed them in white and cut the centre out.  I added mounting foam to raise it and attached it to the top of the card.  I cut the From Me To You sentiment in both blue and black and shadowed it.  I glued it to the centre of the Jayne die.  For the bottom of the card, I cut the Snowflake Scalloped Border die out of white and nipped away the snowflakes from the top of the large scallops. I cut the thin scalloped piece in blue and glued it to the top portion of the die cut.  I added it at the bottom of the card.  Using the Rose Corner, I cut two of them with two pieces of white card.  I used the bottom piece of white card to colour both of the images then I glued the die cut on top and added them to either side of the border as accents.  The card was completed with white and arctic blue mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7"  x  8"  in size.  All for now, Sue x
