Always & Forever

Hello my crafty friends!   For today's card, I selected a piece of custard card to use for the background.  I embossed it with the Tidal Sands embossing folder.  Next, I cut a wide oval out of white card using Jamie's Fluted Ovals.  I added mounting foam to the back of it and added it to the middle of the background.  I cut the Rose Cluster with a piece of black card on top of a piece of white card.  I used the white card to colour the flowers yellow.  I covered the flowers with a piece of sticky adhesive sheet. I glued the black die cut on top.   I cut the die one more time out of green card then paper pieced the leaves in place.  Then I sprinkled Diamond White glitter over the flowers and hand cut any left over bits of the adhesive sheet.  I added the Rose Cluster to the bottom of the oval frame.  I cut the Always & Forever sentiment in black and glued it to the inside of the frame.  I cut the corner from the Elegant Lace Edger in black and glued them into the top two corners as accents.  The card was completed with white and black mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 8"  x  9"  in size.
