From The Heart
Hello bloggers! I started today's card by embossing a piece of white card with the Heart To Heart embossing folder. Using the Lacy Stained Glass Heart die, I cut the outer section in black and then cut the middle heart die in red and layered it on top. Using the Heart Flourish, I cut several in white and added them to the bottom left and top right of the heart. I arranged the curly part of the flourish to curve around the heart as accents. I cut the From The Heart sentiment in white and added a black shadow behind it and then glued it across the middle of the heart. The card was matted and layered with white layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 8 1/2" in size. All for now, Sue x

Good morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, what a fantastic sample today with the embossed hearts in the background to the red heart in the middle with the fronds (I think that is what they are called) leading off from the top of the heart, brilliant. Lots of hugs, June

A beautiful card. So elegant. You can’t beat hearts. I also love the red and black heart against crisp white beautifully embossed background and the flourishes make perfect accents.
Morning all Gorgeous card. Clean and simple and absolutely stunning. I wonder how many people will use this as inspiration for Valentine’s Day - if you celebrate and if you have a Valentine 🙄🤔😁 Have a lovely Monday everyone x
I only found out today that you're back, it was such good news I text Steph C. Welcome back Sue, and hope you got your Japan trip. Oh! and the card is beautiful. Looking forward to the next one.
Welcome home. You've been greatly missed Sue. I've been checking on and off since the very last day we said goodbye to our daily ritual but to no avail, how surprised was I when our Tina text me to give me the wonderful news. We are away over night as an early birthday present to 'my keeper' but ill be here tomorrow at some point and every day just to check the removal men hadn't moved you elsewhere again. To you and all our virtual friends that we've recognised for years and years, its SO special to see everyone again. We're all a year older with more aches and twinges but we're together again were we should be. Love to you and all our girlies xxx
I’m sure this design will be replicated both for Valentine’s Day & for anniversary’s by many people. Love the colour comb8 action which really makes it pop. Thank you Sue.
