Sweet Friends

Hello crafters!  I started with the Violet Vibe Lustre Polish for the background for today's card.  I coated a piece of card with it and allowed it to dry well.  Next I ran it through the Sublime Swirls 3D embossing folder to give it texture.  Next I cut all three of the Decorative Flag dies out of white card.  I glued them to the upper left corner and arranged the lengths to vary and nipped away the extra card so it was even with the edge.  I cut the Friend Circle out of white and glued it to the card.  I used a leftover piece of the Lustre Polish card and cut the flowers from the Magnolia Corner out of it.  I added a cluster of flowers on the top of the flags as accents.  I cut the base piece from the Magnolia Corner out of white and nipped it apart and used the leaves as accents for the flowers.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7"  x  8 1/2" in size.  All for now, Sue x

    Hi Sue. WOW amazing. I'm lost for words. Vibrant is an understatement, I know colours don't always look so exact on screens so to see this polish in the flesh is a must I feel. Your sample and inspiration is just gorgeous, what a powerful way to start a new week. Will be away for a few days and I'm not sure about reception, I know it's free WiFi but what use is that if we can't get reception? So hopefully I won't miss anything this week. Sending love xxx

    I like everything about this card. When you first introduced the 3d embossing folders I thought they weren't for me but as usual wrong,they are certainly growing on me.
