Fabulous Card
Hi bloggers! This card shows off a little bit of everything, doesn't it! I've layered up shape dies for the focal element, but the mini expression says it all!
The finished dimensions are 7 1/2" x 9" in size. All for now, Sue x
Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, a beautiful creation today, will watch the video later.
How is everyone enjoying this hot weather, I know I struggle with it and try to keep inside most of the time but night times are the worst because it is hard to sleep isn't it, or is it just my age !!! - no don't answer that ha ha..
Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx
Hello Sue Very ornate a bit to fussy for me but that is the beauty of your cards Sue you give us these brilliant ideas so that we can easily adapt to our own tastes.
Perhaps I fell asleep during the video. I had always thought dianthus was a design element, not a real flower. But apparently it's the family of pinks and includes flowers like Sweet William.
The layers almost look woven. That embossing folder is the best of any brand of 3D EF, imho. Truly a winner.
Glad to have the fabulous mini expression. Do you remember the commercial jingle that went: oh Fab, I'm glad, they put real Borax in you.
Morning Sue and all the Wilsonettes What a beautiful card today love the die and the colours really sets it of and I love the Embossing folder. Going to sit and watch the video now.
Sending love and healing hugs to all that need them xx
Have a lovely day all and take care Love Hunnymummy from MK xxx
Hello Sue and all What a beauty! So much detail and lovely colours, can't wait to watch the video but on my way out to dinner and trivia. So envious of your summer at the moment, we had 0 deg C this morning, very cold for here and our houses really aren't built for the cold. Guess we will be swapping soon enough, Hugs Muriel x
I don't have any of the dies you've used for the focal point but I think if I mix and match the Pacific Islands sets I might get the same effect, so thanks for the inspiration!
Good morning Sue.An aptly named card today Sue. Fabulous is a nice word isn't it? I actually love everything about it and a video to go with it which is great stuff for sure. I often wish I had started card making years ago when I could see well, but had I done so I would be totally broke by now lol Have a great day everyone. Cheers. Marie P.
Good Morning Sue. Fabulous card. I was the lucky winner of this die on its launch..... thank you Sue.....And I have used it quite a lot. Your sample today truly is Fabulous as all your work is. You take us across the board with all your ideas and techniques and a tutorial video every couple of days what more can we ask of you. Sending best wishes to everyone. Kind regards Ann Toppcards Leeds
I do like this embossing folder and the effects this gives. I agree with someone above in that it is a little too fussy for my taste although I like the die used.
Good Morning Sue and all Beautiful card this morning . You always have a great eye for colour on your cards and different styles on how we can more from our dies. The embossed back ground is stunning. Crafty hugs to all... Wendy
I like a lot of the different aspects of this card but find the whole just a bit too much for my taste, sorry. I know you can't please all of the people all of the time though :)
Just love it when you layer up the focal element like this, the black just makes it pop, not too overpowering....a most beautiful card Sue...look forward to seeing you on telly the weekend....luv Ursula xx

Hi Sue, a gorgeous card. I love it from the beautiful embossed 3D background to the equally beautiful dies you have used and the small butterfly. As your card says 'Fabulous'.
Hi Sue, The 3D EF is indeed Sublime, all your mini expressions, including this one are Fabulous, the die sets used are Beautiful ... still the combination of so many elements for the focal part is a little too busy for my taste. Thanks for the great video.
Hugs from Toronto to you all and special hugs to all missing friends. Still a newbie to Craft / not longer the newest, or the only across the pond Wilsonette Carmen-Dorothy
Hi Sue, I watched the video in case it would change my mind but it didn't. Although I like Phoebe and love Lexi I am sorry to say that I find this card too large and very busy. Love the colours, the embossing folder, the flower and butterflies - just not the middle bit :( Now I feel guilty but am happy to see that I am not alone.
