What...Good evening lovely Sue and her crafty crew!

What a truly individual card, the background is a great idea, i would never have thought to emboss the vellum then back it with soft wisteria....really like the pinpoint EF, don't recognise it though, it must have passed me by I'm afraid. A paved pearl background has always been a favourite of mine, i have tried it on a number of occasions....memorably, i had just laboured over one, getting it perfectly spaced and balanced only for Brodie to jump on the table out of nowhere and stand on it! We had a trail of cosmic shimmer paw prints across the wooden flooring that took a fair bit of elbow grease to remove:-) The star of the show is the stamping though, it is a triumph and reminds me that i have to make more of an effort to use mine because the results are stunning. Lovely card Sue, be proud of your achievements.
I've had a fairly busy day today, going shopping then getting my hair dyed and trimmed....I'm doing it every four weeks in fear of any grey hairs giving away my age, i know, insufferably vain! Anyway, i have been rather excited because a number of websites have promised to preview Sues new die release....i have checked throughout the day but no joy until i came upon Sunrise crafts who are showing them in all their glory:-) To be honest, my excitement has merely escalated because i am just so super curious about what Sue will do with them, particularly the Kinetic Collection, the Fish Bowl and new Fillable Collection. Whew! Where Sue gets her endless stream of new ideas and concepts from is a mystery but aren't we the lucky ones to benefit from her creative genius.
Good news concerning Yvonne's Mum, she has been released back into the community and into Yvonne's care....I don't know whether to feel happy for her leaving hospital or mildly concerned that she is being entrusted into Yvonne's hands:-) I will concede though that after a few helpings of her excellent rosties she will be well on the road to good health.
Pam, how is that chest of yours, are you getting plenty of rest? What would the blog do without your cheery start to our day, it doesn't bear thinking about:-)
Maureen, are you making all of the necessary preparations for meeting royalty? Remember, only speak when spoken to and NEVER turn your back on a member of the Royal Family! I do hope that you have a suitable outfit in mind, nothing too low cut or above the knee, that would be unforgivable. Good Luck....you may need it!:-)
Myra, like you i would love to be a casual observer to this meeting, bet our ears will be burning! Do you think Maureen will handle the pressure of meeting a member of the aristocracy? :-)
Frances, I'm not surprised you heard a thud, the impact almost cracked the wooden flooring!:-)
Elaine, I'm so glad you've decided to visit your GP, lets hope they can help you to settle your sleep pattern....do you still have any trouble with the neighbours cat?
Tina, sending gentle hugs your way, you're coping admirably at the moment, i am so glad that you have good support networkxxx
June, well done you, getting rid of your stick is a major achievement!
P, how are your little babies, did they see their first snow last week? Brodie loves the snow, he tries to jump up in the air and catch the flakes, it's so comical:-)
Special hugs to all my besties including Tracy, Wheely,Deb C, Norah, Maria, Theresa, Alison and anyone i forget to mentionxxx

Crafty hugs and love

Laine1972xxxAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11785546314304962992noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7016488341854847919.post-67386842744789245722017-01-16T20:24:53.795+00:002017-01-16T20:24:53.795+00:00Hi Sue and everyone

I have tried this myself on a couple of occasions but the result was not terribly successful. I am too impatient. I will definitely have to try again because the effect is stunning x
Everything about this card just sings in perfect harmony and I think it is beautiful x
I have really missed the blog. I haven't even been checking in so have just had a look back at the cards I have missed and they are all amazing Sue. I have yet to catch up on comments x
Still up in the frozen North but incredibly relieved and delighted to tell you my Mum is home. Yes the queen is in residence x
I am staying here for a little longer just to make sure she behaves! Lol. I have a few days to prepare myself for the great meeting of Geordie minds - I am due to meet Maureen on Thursday. Watch out Mo - here I come x
Laine and I have spoken a couple of times and she told me that many of you were sending love and best wishes to my Parents and I. Thank you so much everyone - really means a lot. Obviously your thoughts and prayers did the trick as the 'wrinklies' (which is what my mum and dad call themselves) are so much better and are well on the road to recovery x
Tina T - I am sending you lots of love and a big warm hug. So sorry to hear about Peter. He'll always be with you my love. Grief is a strange animal but remember that there is no right or wrong way to feel or deal with things. Take it slowly and do whatever you need to get you through. Take care x
To each and everyone of you on this fantastic and amazing blog lots of love especially to all my wonderful blog besties. You are all such an amazing bunch - love ya x
All going well I should see you all tomorrow x
Take care
Happy thoughts and Crafty hugs
PP
Yvonne x
Princess Pixie!https://www.blogger.com/profile/00034856043985990634noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7016488341854847919.post-22506328933079922472017-01-16T18:58:44.958+00:002017-01-16T18:58:44.958+00:00it's chique and very beautiful Sue
