Thinking Of You
Hello bloggers! I started today's card by selecting a piece of decorative paper from the Nautical Adventures Paper Pad. I used a piece of striped paper for the top of the background, then added a solid blue to the bottom with a piece of white across the join area. I cut the Window die out of white card. Then I used a piece of arctic blue card for the background inside the window and filled the window scene with three baskets filled with fall pumpkins, leaves and wheat sprays from the Autumn Scene die set. I added a bare tree from the Swing Tree die set in the background with the odd leaf or two left on it and a sun in the upper corner from the Rain or Shine die set. I added the window over the outdoor scene with mounting foam. I cut the Thinking of You sentiment cut in navy blue and added it to a white shadow backing piece. I attached it under the window with mounting foam. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7 1/4" x 8 3/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

Good morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, 'Thinking of You' is the perfect title for this card, with all the wonderful dies enjoying themselves on this outing today, fabulous card.

ReplyDeleteHi Sue.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love these dies and all I've used so far are the teeny weeny tulips placed in a hand but now we are seeing signs of summer (dare I say) it's time to make use of all these Sue Wilson beauties. Whatever the background idea behind the 'miniature' window designs, it was really one of your best ideas so thank you xxx
Hope you're both well.
