Welcome Home Friend

Hello bloggers!  I started today's card by cutting the Floral Melody Cover Plate die with a piece of black card on top of a piece of white card.  I used the white card to colour the design with alcohol ink markers.  Once coloured, I glued the black die cut on top of the white die cut.  I glued the die cut to a larger piece of white card.  I added Cosmic Shimmer dries clear glue to the centres of the three flowers and coated it with Black Onyx glitter and set it aside to dry.  I cut the Welcome Home Friend sentiment in black and glued it below the die cut.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are

  5. Hi Sue. I do particularly like the resulting creation from this die. For me, it has a bit of an heraldic feel. Love the card that you have made using it.

  7. Good Morning Sue and all that visit this morning. Hmmm ... I like the card ... But not the colours. Maybe I am o!d fashioned but ... I think I prefer the pastel shades as opposed to the black. This is only my opinion and not meant to offend any one. Please forgive me if I have.
Sending hugs 🤗 and best wishes to everyone who needs them today. Please stay safe and well 🙏.
