Hoppy Hoppy Easter

Hi bloggers!  I started this sweet Easter card by selecting a piece of the blue and white striped paper from the Dots 'N Stripes Paper Pad. I cut the Easter Basket out of Chestnut Brown card.  I cut the textured slats in brown too and wove them through the basket.  I used Gathered Twigs Distress ink on the basket to add shading.  I cut the eggs from the Easter Egg & Flower die set and assembled and  arranged them in the basket.  I cut the Easter Bunny die, added a pink bow tie and coloured the bunny's ears, nose and carrot.  I added him next to the basket with mounting foam.  I added a raspberry bow to the top of the basket.  I cut the Hoppy Hoppy Easter sentiment in raspberry and glued it to the top corner of the card.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 1/2"  x  7 1/4"  in size.  All for now, Sue x
