You Make Me Happy

Hello bloggers!   I started by using a piece of Caught in Crystal that I had in my background stash.  I used Purple Twilight and Raspberry alcohol inks and added some holographic glitter then finished with a piece of scrunched tissue paper.  I used this piece and cut the top of the Eternal Heart Tree die out of it.  I added glue to the backs of all the hearts in the die cut them lined it up on a piece of white card that I cut with the Double Stitched Squares and poked them all out in place.  Next I cut the truck from the Eternal Heart tree twice in white, stacked them and glued it onto the card with all the hearts.  I cut the You Make Me Happy twice and glued them together, then nipped the "Happy" away.  I glued the first part of the sentiment on the left of the tree and the large Happy onto the right of the tree.  I added another Double Stitched Square as a layer then completed the card with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7"  x  7"  in size.

Don't forget that I will be doing the drawings for the die release and posting the winners later today sometime.  Please check back to see if your name is on the list!  All for now Sue x

  2. Oh how pretty. It's a true smiler which means in my craft encyclopadia - 'one that automatically makes you smile as it loads' lol 'my keeper' often wonders how my mind works even after 40yrs of marriage lol.
It's bright and cheerful and exactly what we need at the moment, particularly brilliant if anyone is making quick cards to send to help cheer family /friends /neighbours up. Thanks for starting my day with a smile Sue. Hope you are well my lovely.

Good Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes.
A gorgeous card Sue and I do have that tree die amongst my 'Not yet used' dies.
Maybe I should take a break from my assault on The Craft Room and try making something bright and beautiful. Perhaps if I can find any I could surround the base with Creatures great and small.
Like many others I am finding concentration difficult and your inspiration is the best medicine for that.
    Love to all and

    STAY SAFE
