Fern Fronds

Hi bloggers!  The next up is the Fern Fronds die set.  Shown here, the fern frond dies were used to create negative space in this background.  The die set gives you a really lovely negative fall away design, don't you think?  Add some flowers and a sentiment and Bob's your uncle!  Just leave your comment on this post and hopefully join us back here at 3pm for the final post of the blog launch.  All for now, Sue x

    Hi Sue

    I think this is one of my favourites. It could be so useful, used as you have to make a background or added to flowers to make them special. I have and love the other fronds you did, was it delicate fronds? I used to remember all your die names, but now there are too many.....or I’m just getting old and forgetful!

    The card is beautiful, it’s striking in the colours you’ve used but it would look so different in other colours. A winner I think.

    Any leaf type die is one of the most useful dies. Using it as on the card takes it to a new dimension.

    Ferns are so lovely in a floral arrangement. And you have thoughtfully given us a curve in each direction. I’ll add them at my earliest convenience while m I hope you will bask in the glory of your latest fabulous release.

    Your Fern Fronds would be a perfect addition to the flowers I make for cards. Your fronds remind me of all those pieces of "Leather Leaf" I used when I was working as a florist. Your phase "Bob's your uncle", made me shake my head and say "what"? I didn't know this phase so I had to do a google search. Interesting.
